This store once offered a true luxury experience, but my recent visit was very disappointing. I came in a few days ago to look for a fragrance from Le Labo, and the associate assisting me—I believe her name was Monica—smelled so strongly of marijuana that I couldn’t even properly sample the perfume. As a result, I chose to purchase the fragrance at Saks instead. It’s unfortunate to see how much Nordstrom has declined; what was once a refined and elevated shopping experience no longer feels “luxury,” especially given the caliber of associates being hired now.

Cosmetic section is horrible, we were never greeted, or assisted at all, it’s very mean girl energy. Just know makeup doesn’t hide ugly personality. Do better.

Rebecca Castillo has been a tremendous help for my daughter for back to school shoe shopping or special occasion shoe shopping. We have been coming here for years as my daughter requires special shoes. Rebecca has been incredibly kind and patient with my daughter and exudes professionalism when dealing with our unique situation. She also speaks Spanish which is a big plus. As long as Rebecca is at Nordstrom we will continue returning year after year. I’m so thankful to have found her help.

If your ever in Nordstrom Houston Galleria Fragrance/ Facial department please ask for JANICE tall elegant GORGEOUS lady she knows about the product, she’s very engaging……… You will not be disappointed with her services she’s a 5 star person thank you so much Nordstrom for having her on your team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent customer service! The spa is located on the second floor of Nordstrom. Easy entrance from the second floor of red garage. Walk through the doors and the spa doors are on the right!

Brand profit is built on the backs of selection and service, and this location delivers. We usually always have great experiences both online and in person but wanted to acknowledge the stand out care received by Glenn who goes out of his way to help the customer as well as his fellow team members, and also the restaurant GM Jason who made us feel welcome and explained the quality curation of their yummy food. Separately, also sharing it forward that you can take cocktails with you around the store while you shop and accrue Nordy points for food and beverage purchases as well, which I wish I'd known in all my years shopping here. With so many brick and mortar strores going down, I hope this brand will retain good staff and stylists and stand strong.

I had an excellent shopping experience at Nordstrom Houston. The staff was friendly, professional, and very attentive to my needs. The store was well-organized, clean, and stocked with a great variety of high-quality items. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and will definitely return for future purchases.
