First I’ll start by saying thank you’ll for missing treating me today. Being new to the food trailer industry is tough. Being a woman in this is even harder because there are a lot of masculine things that need to be done. However, I started coming to this location last year around October. First time I went they said ma’am your propane tank is good because I had no gauge or way of understanding how to tell. During that visit the guy told me I’d need to come there with the hose off in future. I understood not wanting to be responsible for damaging a line.I came back when it was it was empty. They assisted me getting it out and back in my truck. Since the first time at least 2 or 3 other times. I felt like one time the guy checking out was not so friendly but I looked over that. I pulled up today. Hose off tank willing to assist with picking it up like always but they tell me they got it usually.I noticed the guy acted like I wasn’t there first and helped two other customers. After helping them he walked on the inside never saying one word to me. I see a guy that I don’t normally see come out with his finger gesturing no. I said NO. He said the you have to bring your own help to get the tank out and in your truck. I said why they didn’t tell me this before because this is not my first time here. The owner changed it per the guy. He said I don’t know my guys don’t want to and I can’t make them. Guy walks off like I meant nothing to them. So rude because I was in shock since I drove all the way over there not knowing this before.Customer service obviously means nothing. Because they could have did it today and said ma’am next time please bring help. I would have understood. I had no idea that I needed anyone since that was never told to me before. There are no signs telling a person to bring your own help. The last time I came which was almost 2 weeks ago. No one said anything about not helping me with unloading or loading the propane tank. Even if they charged me an extra $10 to tip your guys I would have gladly done so. Communication and customer service not your priority obviously. It’s okay.Thank you for encouraging me to go find someone else that’s willing to help me. They did and had a dolly to put the tank back in the trailer with ease. Filled my tank in minutes without a fuss. So again thank you’ll for forcing me to find a company with clear communication and tools to assist a woman owned business that’s not able to pick up a 100lb propane tank alone. I have no problem paying for what I need.

DONT COME HERE. Rude customer service. Employees scream at customers and if confronted about it they assume its because of their skin color and throw a fit. Boss wont do anything about it and they prioritize their employees over customers. They also mistreat the cars so beware

It has been very hard for me this year and ya'll have no idea how much this company has help me . I am a single mother and the owner has been so wonderful to me .. I always pay on time so the few times I paid like 3 days late they have been very helpful.. ALSO put your priorities 1st why pay your car late ,knowing this is how you get to your job to pay all your bills ... DONT BE AN D*** A** LIKE CODY..PAY ON TIME AND THIS PEOPLE WILL UNDERSTAND IF YOU EVER GET IN A BAD SITUATION ..

Lying crooks, they sell you a vehicle then illegally inspect it, ignore contractual agreements, then when something goes wrong ( and it will) with the vehicle they promise to fix it tow it off and hide it til you pay outlandish fees they are a scam and should be both avoided and shutdown for there illegal business practices
