Northtown Plaza is an open-air retail center in Houston. It is a very clean and very well lit place with a very large parking lot that is accessible and free. The center features the Supermercado El Rancho grocery store, shopper-favored retailers, services, and restaurants like China King buffet. The buffet is good for the money with a Hibachi Bar, generally fresh food, and a wide variety of options. The staff there is fast, pleasant, and attentive. The plaza is easy to navigate with doors easily marked for different businesses. Some note that the guard can get a little intense at closing time. It is described as a good place and a neighborhood center.

Asked a worker named genesis where the jello was and she led me right to them! Great customer service.

Good place except that the guard gets a little intense at closing time and doesn't let you in anymore and even wants to hit hahaha but it's age
