Purchased a vehicle from the Northwest Dodge team. Had a good experience with John Navarro. Was straightforward with his team's needs as we were with our purchasing price. Conversation was pleasant, not akward at one moment. Helped us get the car we wanted. Also, prior to our purchase, we noticed a few blemishes on the vehicle. John made sure his team accounted for the issues and made it right.

I bought a Ram1500 in September and let metell you my sales person did not disappoint me at all, all you need to have is patience if you want things done the right way. Ask for Eugene he is the most realistic sales person you can ever meet and the new management they have in Northwest Dodge is on fire ! By the way they have a nice waiting area and have coffee and popcorn to munch on while you wait as you know being at the car dealer is not a fast process if you want to get a good deal and a nice vehicle, I'm highly happy with my purchase and these guys at Northwest made it very easy and specific for all the information I needed !

Brought my 2015 Jeep that's under 4 star warranty for motor mount replacement. I was told my warranty didnt cover the full amount of the part and my out of pocket was $488. They kept the car for four days. I picked it up and there was a loud grinding noise when I turned or accelerate. I bring the car back and drive it with a manager who immediately recognized it was a motor mount. I already been without a vechicle, had to Uber for 4 days, missed a days work and was told there were no loaner cars but I could sit for two hours until they corrected the problem. 1 hour 45 minutes later after sitting in freezing lobby I'm told the truck with the part just arrived. I was never told they were waiting on a part. So I asked how much longer and was told he needed to see if the part was actually on the truck and he'd let me know. I ask the person in charge if I will be compensated in any way and she said "compensated? The work is the work, I'll talk to my manager." I said the work was not the work that's why I'm back. No one came back so is the part on the truck? It's raining, the lobby is freezing and apparently asking for compensation for the inconvenience was a stretch. unbelievable!!!

We have bought 3 vehicles with Northwest Dodge, 2 used and 1 brand new. The most recent was an older Jeep Grand Cherokee we bought for a new driver. We worked with John Navarro and his boss Don Adams who negotiated a good price with us for the purchase and promised to fix some issues we noticed on the vehicle. John called us to update us on the vehicle and dealt with our stressed calls when inquiring about the vehicle in service. We were worried and stressed about it due to the older vehicle horror stories but they were true to their word and actually fixed the issue and then when we noticed some things were off and brought it back, they patiently worked with us and tweaked more things to make sure we were satisfied and gave us warranties on parts and some maintenance and told us when to come back for check ups. We will be going to them again for service needs with Khara and her team in the Service Department, as well as additional purchases in the future from John Navarro. The management there is true to their word.

Alright, my experience was pretty good.Pros: I bought used vehicle that was not Dodge, Jeep, Etc. Vehicle runs great. Service was good. In and out fairly quickly, nothing unpleasant. My tags came in at a decent time and pick up was good.Cons: Know your credit, get pre approved and know your trade in / downpayment. If you come with your own financing, your trade in may be lower then even Kelly blue book. There was no room for negotiation with car price. Understand how car salesman work so you can tell what is B.S. Research the used car your buying and make sure it's not over market value. Also, watch out for the finance guy when you go over the extended warranty. You may decline it but he might get you to accidentally select the Basic coverage. Almost got me but I read it.Overall: I'll never recommend American made vehicle but if that's your thing, I have nothing bad to say

Vehicle dropped off for service. Diagnostic completed in a timely manner. Text message updates and authorization kept process moving efficiently. Work completed ahead of promise date and well under quoted price.

Matt Glaser was our service rep and was excellent from beginning to end; can't recommend him enough.I've been very frustrated with the number of times my brand new Chrysler has needed warranty work but he reassurred me that they will not let me down again.The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I never was given a loaner car which I should have received since I'm under warranty. I never even received a call back even though I called to ask several times.

I purchased a 2020 Ford Fusion on 10/31/2022 in less the 15days I had to bring the car back it was having some issue. they told me to take the car to a Ford dealership. Ford explained that the dealer ship was trying wait tillthe warranty was no good. my car has been in the dealership service department longer than I have had my car. the car was is still in the shop and now it's been 5 months without a car and before that it was 3 months. paying a note on a car I don't have. Kara was the person I was dealing with and she is still giving me the run around.

I have been calling since July to get my car in for warranty work and kept calling and never getting calls back from the service department nor the “rental” car person. Finally the call center had a service manager call me back last Monday well over 2 months later and she left me the shortest message that they had a car for me to bring mine in on Tuesday. I get there and there was a lady waiting for help and who knows how long she had been there before she was getting very upset and someone finally acknowledged her. The express person asked if I needed help of course that’s why I’m in the service department. Then he couldn’t help me because I was there for warranty work. They then told me there were no cars available until I said the service manager’s name then all of a sudden someone could help me. They called me to pick up my car on Friday and said they couldn’t duplicate the issue. I drive off and what do you know it’s the same as when I put it in. They didn’t even try to fix the issue. Today a week after I get my car in my service advisor called and asked if I was still interested in the rental that has come available. I said I already got my car back but the issue is still there. She asked who my advisor was which I wasn’t sure because I never talked to her her name is on the paperwork that I got as she said let me look and hung up on me. No call back shock. Called later today and the call center couldn’t even get through to anyone. I’ve put my car in for several warranty issues and the service department is awful. The advisors ignore you. I went round and round with one advisor after I first got my car and finally after a. Few months a different one said what the issue was that the other one wouldn’t help with. I’m still waiting for someone to call me back.

I received excellent service from C. J my sales person and L. J from finance. I love the new improvements being made throughout the dealership. I love the fact that the new GM is very down to earth and not hiding behind no desk or office. Every time I enter the dealership I see him greeting customers and being interactive. I would definitely recommend that everyone come check out C. J in sales and L. J fiancé out to get the best deal ever.

Service department needs some attention. I’ve called twice and can’t get a call back. U left one voicemail and the second time I called days later it was unavailable. I came in for my usual oil change and they didn’t complete the job. Also I asked for my tires to be checked and was told nothing was wrong with them but I knew it was because I was getting air every week. I had to reset my car and put the miles in for the next oil change. The free carwash wasn’t good at all. They left the windshield dirty & didn’t provide any paper mats. I did the express scheduling online but once in person it took a long time to speak with an advisor. My phone told me to check in #1 but that person is actually training. The workers are nice and the facility is clean with space to entertain yourself and kids while waiting.

I live north of Dallas and flew in to purchase my truck. I looked across the whole state and they provided the best deal on my RAM truck. Everything was super seamless and easy. Once I flew in, I was at the dealership for less than 20 minutes before I was driving home in my new truck.

I've NEVER had a worse experience!!!! I was promised to look at a vehicle on a certain day, and they didn't have it ready. The manager, over the phone, told me it was "in the service department..." When I asked if it would be ready by the time I arrived, I was told yes. Upon arrival, I began looking around the lot. After several minutes, no one came to ask if I needed assistance. I went inside to seek the manager, Angel, who I talked to on the phone, it took 45 minutes, or more before I finally met him. I was told again the vehicle was in the service department, and that it would be brought around for me to look at. Again, I waited. Finally I was told that it was on another lot, waiting to be serviced, and was not ready to go to the lot for people to look at. I was brought to this other parking lot, and was shown the vehicle. It was a disaster!!! I then asked if I could at least test drive it, but was denied. I left wondering why this vehicle was ever on the website to begin with. I have never had this kind of experience before!!! They soon contacted me the next day, and claimed to be helping me get into the vehicle. Then was told that due to severe mechanical issues, it would not be ready for another week, at least. I continued to get run around on another vehicle, and soon told them that I had enough and to leave me alone.!!!!!!!!! If they truly wanted to help me, they would have
