I'm giving it 4 stars because of her and the rest of the staff, but if it were just that girl, I wouldn't give it even one star.

I done called four times and all they do is pick up the phone and hang up. If you don’t want to do your job. Simply quit and let someone who wants to actually work take your place!

Could not supply x-ray results... said someone from corporate would call - never did ... over 4 weeks no results - over 2 weeks no call from NOVA
