This branch has a complete lack of customer service from the desk to the shop. Everyone needs to have customer service training. Brought truck in for 1 tire to be replaced and tires rotated. They were just going to change the one tire out until I pointed it out that I also asked for rotation as new tire shouldn't go on front. Got my truck and they out my spare tire in the bed of my truck! I went back in and asked if this was not a service they provided, so they took my truck back and put spare tire under truck. I've never had to ask for that. I've been getting tires for 4 cars here for years and from now on my business is going to Discount Tire. I could go way more into detail on the front end checking in of my truck but it's comical!! Would give zero stars if allowed.

Got an oil change about 3 weeks ago , come to see my oil looks black again, i dont think they changed it to begin with. Very upset and disappointing with this.
