I pulled in on 02/14/2023 and the mechanic aksed me what was the problem i explained to him that i had a leak in one of my 2010 f-150 truck tires. He told ne it would be about an hour and a half wait. I said ok, he then proceeded to look at my tire and said he will spray it to see where the leak was coming from. He found out the leak was coming from the vavle stem then proceeded to to fix it right then and there in all about a few minutes. I didn't have to wait at all.I was more than pleased with the level of his generosity, customer service and respect. Thank you NTB employees for helping me get back on the road safely!! I recommend this company to anyone who has trouble with their battery, tires ect. If i could give 100 stars I would without question.
