I honestly love living here—it feels like home. The neighbors are friendly, the community is peaceful, and the staff always makes sure everything runs smoothly. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, the response has been quick and kind.

Moved into a 1bd from Georgia. Apartment reaked of the potent smell of wet dog and urine. I was assured they would spray and take care of the smell. The smell stayed, I had the office get the carpet professionally cleaned twice. And then pleaded for carpet replacement of which I was denied. I paid for another cleaning and the smell still remained. After two yrs and management change, I moved out. The management tried to charge me for carpet replacement blaming for the dog urine despite not having a dog on the lease. They fixed it and owed me money. The first check was not the full amount. 2 more checks were to be sent. The checks included someone's name that was previously removed from the lease and could not be deposited without them. I am still waiting for a final check almost 2 yrs after move out. For the last year I have been told the check is to go to the leasing office for me to pickup. I have called every month and all they're is saying that I have to wait for a check I never got to be sent back to accounting, before they can void it out and send another one. I have been more than compliant and understanding regarding this. BUT IT'S BEEN 2 YEARS; if I told them to wait 2 years for their rent....I'd have thousands in late fees. The person that has truly made an effort is Ms. Toni. If it wasn't for her I would have made a bigger deal along time ago.

Awful management. They allow tenants to constantly litter and leave dog waste all over the complex. You can often find trash and dog poop all over the grass and sidewalk and it takes weeks if not months to see it be gone. We found this happens on all areas of the apartment as we like to give thorough walks with our dog and always have to be careful where we step. Whyyy? Do something!
Management has ignored this constantly and their little warning emails are useless. They need to do something or we'll find ways to report them to the houston apartment association or the city for the disgusting state of living

Don’t live here, something is always broken, no one cares, and management will find some way to take your deposit

Great place to live in and excellent service from front office. Lived there for a bit more than a year and never had any issues. Clean and maintenance was always available. Highly recommended

New Management is Horrible, Camden was great and valued their tenants & made them feel welcomed. I became a resident here in February 2023, when the apartments were owned by Camden apartments. I have gained to love the apartments, my neighbors & the community, it is quiet, It is convenient & I feel comfortable to raise my daughter in this area. But I will not tolerate the harassment, discrimination, feeling unsafe, unwanted and disrespected. Ms. Connie and I have had our disagreements since April 2025. Prior to this, you wouldn’t have ever caught me in the leasing office as much as I have been in the past 4 months. Ms. Connie has harassed me and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwanted. In April 2025, she called me in an irate tone , and demanded me to tell her about an incident that I had no knowledge of. As I started to listen, I gained to have knowledge of the incident when I was refreshed with which she was talking about. Which she contacted the renters insurance and opened up a claim in for a month and a half she or anyone from the leasing office had no contact with the renters insurance. I submitted all my proof and they closed the claim because there was insufficient findings. In June 2025 I received a call in the middle of the day from Ms. Connie, once again about about the same situation, as she demanded me to tell her who was in my apartment, I then stated no one was there, and I was at work and also what are you implying?
I then stated a claim was opened back April 2025 and it closed May 29, 2025 and there were insufficient findings. When no one came and did a thorough investigation or communicated with me about any findings. July 9, 2025, I go into the leasing office that same day she called me and I asked her what was going on because I feel harassed. I am tired of all the accusations. No one should have to go through any of this, feeling unsafe, unwelcomed, and harassed in a place where their home is supposed to be their safe place.

I've been living in this apartment for a while, and one ongoing issue that's getting worse is the parking situation.
It’s becoming increasingly clear that many non-residents and possibly even abandoned, unauthorized, and illegal vehicles are taking up parking spots meant for tenants.
Some cars stay parked for days or even weeks without moving, and as a result, residents like myself often return from work with no place to park near our building.
This is frustrating and unfair, especially since we pay rent and expect at least a basic level of parking availability.
I strongly recommend that the management take action by implementing a parking sticker system for residents.
This would help identify unauthorized vehicles and could be followed by ticketing or towing cars that don’t belong or don’t display proper identification.
A clear and enforced policy would make a big difference and improve the living experience for actual tenants. I hope management takes this seriously and acts soon.

The management of this community is unbearable.
In the last 5 months of my stay here(Moved in on September) the valet trash did not pick up my trash for 5 times. When I emailed the management about the complaint they kept promising it won’t happen again but all in vain. And at some point they just don’t respond to the email of the renter. All the other services they provide including maintenance is sub par at best. I am definitely not renewing my lease here. Considering the rent the service is just too bad. Avoid.

I would love to live here again if the old management will come back. I lived here for 2 years and it’s the longest place I’ve ever stayed that’s not my parents house.
I loved the atmosphere, the people who used to work there were super helpful and friendly. They took pride knowing the residents.
Location wise everything was around it. Restaurants, bars and shopping centers like Walmart and HEB were across the street. They has a hospital next to it so whenever there was a power outage it barely affected us.
The surroundings were mostly clean and quiet. But when new management came it became louse. We had loud neighbors on all 4 corners. And people started breaking into cars and breaking windows.

A nice, clean looking apartment community. I'm told it has pretty responsive management.
