About Oak Forest Shopping Center
Oak Forest Shopping Center offers a variety of shopping experiences, primarily featuring a well-stocked Kroger store that many customers appreciate for its great sales and savings. The store is known for its fresh cut deli meats and cheeses, although parking can be challenging due to high traffic. Customers have reported great service at Kroger, with one cashier receiving praise for her patience and professionalism. Additionally, WaterTree Oak Forest provides clean surroundings and offers high-quality alkaline antioxidant water and organic products. While some services, like nail care, may be considered pricey, the overall environment and customer service contribute to a positive shopping experience. However, shoppers have noted that in-store traffic can be frustrating at times.

Plenty of business within, plenty of parking as well. Had business to attend to at Kroger's, great customer service ( especially the customer service center), clean store, always busy, and while in the parking lot, always be aware of your surroundings

Great customer service yet a bit pricey for basic services. I only got a pedicure and an overlay on my natural nails 💅🏿 considering I work with my hands on my sewing 🪡 and embroidery 🪡 machine. My ticket was $120.
