I had an outstanding experience at Office Depot thanks to Franklyn! He was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. His helpful and attentive approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Franklyn demonstrated excellent customer service skills, showing professionalism and a friendly demeanor throughout my visit. His efficiency and problem-solving abilities truly stood out, making this one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time! Employees like Franklyn are rare, and his dedication to providing exceptional service deserves recognition, and I will come back to this location simply because of him!

Everytime I come in, the employees go above and beyond to make sure I am happy and supported with my printing needs. I love this location. Aida is always the one that helps me, and recently she worked with me for 2 hours to make sure I am happy with the stickers I had to print out for work. I am so grateful and appreciative of her. She definitely deserves to get a raise or promoted for the amount of work she puts in to make her customers happy. I am always returning to this location because of her! Thanks so much Aida for everything, you are the best!

They need to hire more people to help customers. We’re literally 7 people in line for the print station. 5 people in line to check out and only 2 workers?!
Ended up cancelling my print order I placed the night before because as of 1pm it still hadn’t been printed (8 pages or just normal copies). Tried to just print at their self station and BOTH printers weren’t working?????
Come on Office Depot managers. Multiple opportunities and voids that need attention.

I wanted to purchase some business cards. The young man working at the counter seemed annoyed that he had to wait on me. Then even more annoyed that he couldn't find my previous purchase even though I had a card with me. Then he told me I would have to pay $20 extra to have my cards made. His attitude was sorely lacking in courtesy and professionalism. I will not be back.

Someone hacked into my online account and ordered $1,000 worth of office supplies. I received the order confirmation emails (3) and immediately called Office Depot to let them know not to deliver the desk and supplies. They said the order was already at the warehouse (after 10 minutes wow!) and couldn't stop the delivery, to call back when I receive the order and they would schedule a pickup. I have spent HOURS on this, between being put on hold, and hung up on 6 times total over the last week. The supplies are still sitting on my porch, even though they scheduled pickups with confirmation emails. Just got off the phone after being hung up on twice and scheduled another pickup, hopefully this one will work. Then 10 days for reimbursement. Customer service is terribly unorganized, never again!

Rude staff, including the store manager. Their new fedex policy only allows to ship packages 40kbs or less. I've shipped heavier than 40lbs boxes from this location. Looks like they don't want to do heavy work at all

Found out a lot of stuff that was good from that place. I did not even know about literally five minutes from my house. I wish I’d been using this place for a long time. Thank you, Office Depot.
