This morning, after I called Office Depot to check, Ciera informed me that my USB drive was safely kept at the store. I had forgotten it in the printer after printing. Later, I retrieved the USB drive from her. I'm very grateful for Ciera's assistance, as well as the excellent service provided by her and her colleagues. She also helped me bind my documents. The service at this Office Depot is outstanding! Without the help of the Office Depot staff, I would have lost my USB drive. I really appreciate their assistance.

Great service. An excellent selection of products and services. They do have a bar at their printing and fax area.I don't know if they serve alcohol. They ought to.

Was told they could not flip an image to print. Couldn't help me with the scanner. Ridiculous. 0 stars.

I'm never one to even leave Yelp reviews but they're customer service at the business center was so bad I had to..... waited for 45 mins to get acknowledged by an employee to even look my way ...my sister had to get one of the young guys attention to ask a question...it was taking 3 employees to help one person for over 35 mins ...everyone moves slow as if people have nothing to do but wait on them ...no customer services etiquette what's so ever ...it shouldn't take 45 mins to print something...I'm still waiting as I write this review

Say what you want. Shaq can be seen everywhere inside of this Office Depot at Kirby Richmond Plaza. The mall was busy with lots of good Asian eateries. I can't deny coming here. It was a shopping frenzy on a crazy Black Friday. I was researching for a specific sit stand desk. The only store that has it is this Office Depot. But I hate wait in line during CoVid pandemic. Help me God! "Dude," says God. "Go to online shopping..." right. I can't remember when I turned on my computer but online shopping on officedepot.com was OMG. So many searching for options and this and that. So I finally found one and paid for it. Within 2 hours, Boom. "Your order is ready for pick up" at 2:30 am. I got so excited next day because I actually got to sleep in. I took my sweet time to drive to Office Depot. Then, something doesn't look quite right. OMG. Wrong item. The desk is too big. So I started looking at floor samples. Boohoo... I had to return it. This is the problem with online shopping. I really need to touch the merchandize. So I found something might fit but quality was not there. Oh well, so long, I guess. Until the next major attraction to this Office Depot.

Would give their customer service no stars if possible, but thought everyone needed to know how horrible and incompetent their customer service is. I ordered a file cabinet, and when I checked on the delivery I was informed that the item was coming from the vendor and could not be brought into my house. I then told them to cancel the order and DO NOT DELIVER, since I could not physically get the file cabinet into my house. Everyone in customer service was real nice and sent all kinds of emails letting me know that the order was cancelled, and I would receive a refund. However, their customer service was incapable of complying with my request and I found the file cabinet delivered, sitting on my front porch. So, I called their customer service, who completely missed the point, that the item was not to have been delivered and will sit on my porch until they pick it up. I also emailed and ripped them a new one over their incompetence. Suddenly customer service is silent. The supervisor who was supposed to call never did. No email repsonse from them either. I will never purchase from Office Depot again. I am going to contact their corporate headquarters with copies of my email communication with customer service - these folks are polite but STUPID.

Great customer service here! My shopping habits have changed since the pandemic, now I primarily support local business. The management is on top of things, they have great coupons. I especially enjoy visiting their rotating clearance items and sales, lots of pretty designs and inspirational organizing ideas!

The publishing/printing service at this location is terrible. The management seems unavailable whenever there is a problem. No complaints about any other part of the store.

Careful you dont want to interrupt the front cashier from his conversation with another employee on a Saturday afternoon to ask about your prepaid order..... (sarcasm..) Super rude staff. May of forgotten they work in customer service.... Anyways, once I made it to the print staff, they were friendly and helpful. They did a great job on a bulk order of brochures and finished the order the same day.

They are incredibly slow in the print and copy area. There were 2 employees and they walked in circles for 15 minutes as the line continued to grow. Several other employees worked the check out counter with very few customers. Their customer Service is appalling.

Less offensive than the Orifice Depot, I'm sure you can guess what that is. Within walking distance of my house, it just basically has a lot of fun office supplies and paper and stationery and contraptions that might help you but they're mostly overpriced and I would only go here rather than a discount store when I was in a pinch or didn't have any wheels.

I had a handful of things I needed to purchase today for my office. When going into OD off of Kirby Drive, the customer service was certainly lacking. I had trouble finding post it "flags" as to mark where signatures are needed on paperwork. After not finding them, I stopped and asked an employee who looked like was doing inventory. The look he gave me was of our annoyance. He said he didn't know what I was talking about and turned back to his papers & handheld inventory device. I stood there, thinking he would help me, at which point he looked back up at me and gave me another look of annoyance and then said "I can try to find them." He looked on his handheld device, showed me a picture of exactly what I was looking for, and said "yeah, we don't have those." And went back to what he was doing. I said "awesome" and went back to look one more time before leaving. Low & behold, I found them and there were plenty. I work in a customer service industry and so I could be picky, but if you're on the sales floor of any store, you should be willing & ready to go above and beyond to help your customers. If you don't feel like helping, Atleast guide me to someone who will. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered some racks online for a client's home. I'll not review the product (left a lot to be desired) but I want to give 5 stars to Rhonda who helped facilitate my return, even though it looked like I'd have to go another route and arrange a pick up from my home etc. thanks for helping me check one item of my day's massive to-do list!!!

Had two separate items I needed to return. Eddie at the checkout counter was very patient and helpful in getting my returns taken care of. Also the Manager came to help with an unusual part of the transaction. Both were so polite and respectful. Would definitely recommend this Office Depot.
