  👍 This Office Depot has been a reliable source for office supplies for a couple of decades.
  👍 The employees are consistently helpful. While they can be a bit overzealous during quieter times, their assistance is appreciated.
  🤜 The store is somewhat distant from Downtown, but there’s an Office Max (owned by the same company) on West Gray. However, I prefer this Office Depot location over the West Gray store.

  Don’t go to this Office Depot to get anything printed on picture paper. I went in to have a picture printed to put in a frame and when I asked to have it on picture stock glossy the response was what’s that? We don’t have that paper we have regular paper ,email me the picture and pick your paper. I don’t expect exceptional customer service anymore but the lady working that counter needs to revisit her customer service skills or get a new job.

  I had a number of old legal documents to scan and went to this location. Very unhelpful desk service woman. I needed to scan my documents to a USB port. I was told be sure to scan documents face down. 2-1/2 hours later and over $25+ in scanning fees, I left. Found out that information I was given TOTALLY WRONG!!!! Dreadful service.

  I had a wonderful experience with Michael in printing. I was in a rush and freaking out about a print job I needed for my company. He worked with me to make sure the documents printed perfectly.

  Horrible Experience!!! The customer service representative at the desk had no clue as to how to do his job. His manager did not provide any support. I asked for a simple print job of 20 flyers and couldn’t figure it out. They also only had one working printer, so I had to wait 30 min to be told that it couldn’t be done.

  It's a love story, baby, just say, "Yes"- was the song by Taylor swift I was jamming out to at Office Depot when it hit me that this is the BEST Office Depot out there.

  Like others have suggested, terrible experience with what I assume was the print manager. Ordered 1- 5 x 7 print that was to be printed on an 8 x 11 paper. I do this ALL OF THE TIME, because I do not want them to personally cut to size. I even double checked to make sure I clicked Print to 'Exact Size' and NOT 'Scale to fit/full size'. Upon arriving to pick up, associate was confused and wasn't sure how to print it to 'exact size'. Calls manager over, manager was very adamant to tell me that I must have ordered the print wrong and she'll excuse it this one time and reprint it for me - as if she was doing ME a favor for their error. It's okay for people to make mistakes, but to give your customers attitude and make assumptions makes a very poor customer service experience.
  
  Also the print quality was terrible. Colors did not match my design file that I uploaded. I had to use a different printer to get the right hues.

  I went to Office Depot on Kirby and Richmond to print out some signs, games, and labels for a bridal shower. I had downloaded some templates online and was unsure of the best way to print everything. Son, our employee, was so incredibly helpful. He knew exactly what we needed. He knew what would look best. I really appreciate how he spent time with me figuring out what I needed even though it was close to closing time. He provided phenomenal customer service. Literally the best experience I’ve ever had at Office Depot.

  The printing manager is very rude . She does not know the correct pricing . She makes coming to Office Depot dreadful ! She wanted to charge me $4 a sheet to cut , then says you can do it your self for free. I can go on but lastly , as I was trying to get the prints done , she says I dont have time , im the only one here , mind you the store was empty . I used to come in there 4-5 times a week , now i try every other option and leave it as a last result option . Run !!!

  Some of the best customer service around. You really can tell the manager (Kirby at Richmond location in Houston) puts a focus on his customers. The clerks are knowledgable AND very friendly - a winning combination!
