A pleasant store with helpful staff. I asked for supplies and was given good information, and then I decided to buy ink, and the associate was helpful in ensuring I made the correct purchase, as I was not sure. Courteous staff and fair prices. Thank you, and I shall be back for more supplies.

Please hire better managers with some comun sense . I was bringing an item that was broken but in the box come 3 of them. So I got one back ( the broken one ) and I told the manager Deyonce if we can just exchange it and he said I need to bring the 3 of them.... He can just open a new box exchange the broken one keep the rest and I can go home why make me bring the other 2 that I already installed on my wall so now I have to go back to my office uninstall the file holders so I can bring it back for the exchange....I am calling corporate on this guy. No comun sense!!!! Wow

The online website still says it opens at 8:00am and when I put my online order in it lies and says it's ready in 20 minutes. Then to top it off they send me a Confirmation saying the order is ready for curbside but when I get there there isn't any signs showing curb side service. So I went to the window the employees looking at me like we open at 9:00am but I said I got a confirmation saying to come pick my order up at curbside. I was asking through the window "Where is curb side service?" Then finally someone came to the door once I gave up and went to my vehicle, open it and hand me my curbside order.
Some people depends on curbside due to disabilities and other issues.

These people are the best that Office Depot has as employees in Houston. Great service. Irma Gus Tañía. Very good service. I have already been to many other places and the attention is nothing to compare.

Great customer service from DEYONZE went out his way to help me. This is my first time shopping and you guys store greeted me when I walked in. Definitely deserve a leadership role in the company. These are the type of people you want to put at the forefront of the business. Definitely represented well outstanding young man

This store is very conveniently located - in the Galleria area, but not in Galleria traffic. Plenty of parking. Store is big and the signs over the aisles are easy to see and really do indicate what is there. I am shopping for a desk and desk chair and there was a good selection in the store to sit in and wheel around.

The customer service is always amazing when I’m here . Never a long wait to print . Always friendly and ready to help . Tran and Deyonze are wonderful this location is the only I like to come to because I know the service is always a 10/10

I first went to the Office Depot on Kirby a few miles away and the service was garbage. I should’ve come to the Richmond location first because they were much more flexible, knowledgeable, and helpful with printing and laminating my papers.
