I came in the store with a bag and went to look for Epson Ink, that was not on the shelf. I asked for help at the print counter and was directed the register for assistance. I turned in the 10 recycle. I choose to order from Amazon. I am a Black Woman with my own business since 1990. I don't have to take anything. When I got outside they had called security to sit in front of the store. Racial Profile is for real, I don't trust White People either, but I don't think all of them steal. I will never set foot in that location. The Black Lady at the register was kind, Praise God! I am going to Pray for Her. I purchase a lot of ink, paper and etc. for my church. My favorite location is where Steven (manager) is located on Westheimer and Eldridge. We print programs and other items. My daughter move near this location so that's why I came to that location. I will drive miles for good customer service and respect. I worked at Texas Instruments and AmerisourceBergen for 19 years and a Licensed Travel Agent for 30 years. Customer Service means a lot to me, not what you think of me. God Bless You! 🙏🙏🙏

came to purchase a few things. needed help in the back so i pressed the red button for assistance. a guy came to help, i can’t remember his name but he had glasses & brown hair, was RUDE! rolled his eyes more than once. i’m sorry if your having a bad day but you’re at work change the attitude when working with your customers.

I had a very disappointing experience with the spiral binding service at Office Depot. Maricela, who agreed to take the book for spiral binding, damaged my crucial book for PE exam preparation. The pages were cut unevenly, and holes were punched through the text, making it difficult to read.
When I raised my complaint with her, I was met with poor excuses, claiming it was too thick for proper binding. I expected transparency before the work was done, but that didn’t happen. They failed to take responsibility for their poor workmanship.
Over the past month, I’ve visited three times, speaking with assistant managers Linetta and Patricia, but despite their assurances that the manager would call me, I have received no follow-up. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, especially given the importance of this book for my studies. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying or doing any office-related work at this place.

Minni took me directly to the location. I choose 4 products and checked out with Minni with online prices!
