Talk about horrible customer service. All I needed was a document to be printed from the computer because the self service wouldn’t print the document and literally there are 3 employees at the register and no one at the print center. Then when the gentleman comes over after 10 minutes of just waiting he ask me what I needed help with I tell him and then he says ok she will be with you in a moment. Is everyone not trained to make a print? Office Depot makes to much money to have poor customer service.

Bought a printer and on the receipt and email sent to me it says I bought a $44.99 Allstate protection plan without the cashier asking me or telling me about it. I was shocked at this behavior and will not visit this location again. Be aware and read your receipts!!

Tiffany did an amazing job helping to rush my print order after her coworker failed to submit the order the day before. I worked with this associate an hour placing an order for photos/posters and was told I could pick them up the next day. However, when I arrived the next day, there were no photos/posters ready, and no order had been placed at all. Tiffany was able to complete the project in an hour for me and went above and beyond, finishing my self-printing project as well in said hour! Everything looked great. Mel, the cashier, also had excellent customer service. Thank y'all!

Her name Yaylyn I hope I'm not wrong with the name, the girl from the copy department, excellently professional and patient. Very respectful. It seems that she likes her job and very well trained. More girls like her.

Monica has extremely horrible customer service. I witnessed her being patient and kind to Hispanic customers but was very rude and impatient with me, an African American customer. I ended up needing to speak to a manager, Matt. He was kind and professional and answered a simple question that Monica refused to answer or seek help with answering until I spoke with Matt. She still proceeded to have an attitude. Please hire employees with good customer service who has to work directly with customers. Horrible experience.

If I can give them less than a 1 star I would. Security ran us away from selling Easter basket and said office Depot didn't want us there. We wasn't even in there parking lot. We was on ExxonMobil Mobil property in the back. Our location had nothing to do with their business nor were we near any of their customers. I use to buy most of my office needs there but not anymore, I will not shop at any of their locations . I will shop walmart and urge others to do as well. I will be out here encouraging every vendor for the next month to write a negative review as well.

This place doesn't deserve a star, apart from bad service because the papers are not sent correctly, the staff is terrible and they don't help the customer solve the problem ?

First time being 1000% pleased with the great customer service. Victor was so happy to help me and every customer in store. He went above and beyond by making sure everyone knew how to use the self printer. Adding the fact I came in at 7:19 and they closed at 7:30, I was out by the closing time and he was still helping the people that came in.

Do not use this office depot if you can avoid it. Staff is very rude. I have had 2 issues with this store in the last week. 1st time I let it slide, after tonight I will never go back.1st. Time I ordered something online to be picked up. Said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Got a text that it was ready to be picked up. Went the next day to pick it up and it's no where to be found. Sat in the store for almost an hour waiting for the Manager on duty to text her Manager back and forth because the order said it was shipped to Florida, but there was no shipping information that it actually shipped and didn't know what to do. Finally I left I had been at work all day, called the next day and spoke to the manager and he still couldn't figure out what happened with my package. It was scheduled for pick up. I got a text and email that it was ready for pick up but said they shipped it to Florida. He finally issued me a refund for the order.Tonight I go in to print some flyers and the lady at the desk says it will be 4 pm tomorrow before it's ready. I said I need it for 8 am tomorrow. She said she could not do it, that I was more than welcome to use the self printers, she asked me how many I needed and I told her 1000 and she said thats going to be $1300 and I told her yes I understood. So I went over to the self printers and started printing. I'm having to print 78 flyers at a time because of the usage limit at a time. There is nobody else around or in line to use the machines. There is 6 machines. So I use 2 beside each other. I start one order and when it's almost done I start the process to order on the next machine. As it takes about 5 minutes between orders for the machine to print the receipt and reset. The manager on duty comes over and tells me I can't use 2 machines. That I can only use one. I said I'm printing a 1000 copies and yall are closing in an hour and it takes roughly 15 minutes per 78 copies to print. I try to explain to him that I'm printing a 1000 a copies and I'm going back and forth. At $100 for each printer for 78 copies. He said I can't use 2 copiers cause others have to be able to use them also. Which I understand if there was people to use them, but I was the only one there and there are 6 machines. Then the machine runs out of paper, and there is no one any where around to reload the paper. The lady at the counter is busy with people. I wait a few minutes to see if anyone else comes around and nobody ever shows up so I open the drawer and move paper from the "storage drawer" to the empty drawer and the lady at the printer counter helping people yells across the room in the people's ears that she's helping you can't do that. And runs over and pushes me out the way and says I will do it and leaves the people at the counter waiting.She went back to helping them and all I hear is if I can't scan nobody else can scan it, so she gets loud with them to, mind you I'm about 50 ft away at the printers and I heard her say it. I continue printing and someone comes in and uses the machine next to me, they are making a copy opening the same drawer I did several times to make back and front copies and she never once said anything to them about opening the drawer.I don't recommend using this store at all. Very rude manager on duty and lady at print desk. I ended up only printing 500 and left.
