I recently stopped at this location for some self serve printing
I was having some issues and Micheal came right over to help me.

Terrible customer service , rude people working here. I understand when “full service” is closed , but a little better attitude would help. I came in before 5PM to print 16 sheets in card stock, waited in line for a while until the lady finally just acknowledged me and all she said was full service is closed , I asked if I could print card stock in the printers there and she gave me a half directed instructions with the bare minimum customer service attitude clients/ customers deserve. Everyone working the store was pretty much useless. With Office Depot not having many stores you would think the ones that are available would appreciate their job a little more & have a better attitude.

The two assistants that were there were quite helpful and patients. However the “printing manager” was extremely rude and brash and said “there wasn’t any sticky paper left” even though he had attended to somebody else who came in after me. I spent almost an hour there just trying to get a sticky paper for my poster printed. And left after I was told I had to pay an additional $20 for the “artwork”. No one had told me for the 45 mins I was there. The “printing manager” was very rude and condescending. It simply isn’t how you treat paying customers. Still wasn’t able to get my sticky poster printed even after spending 45 mins there. If you’re thinking of going to this branch, I suggest you try another Office Depot.

Jason The regional manager is very rude to customers I saw him charge. Wrong amount to a Lady when she started questioning him. He was very rude And keep her Walker. All she was asking is for just for the breakdown. He need to learn how to deal with customers.

What is customer service they charge me $166 extra and the person name is Jason and he’s the general manager doesn’t know how to do basic math and don’t know the difference between colored friend or black-and-white print and he is rude as hell and he is a racist. And he keeps on saying that a small glitch you’ll be getting $11 back when I keep on asking for the breakdown he doesn’t give me the breakdown and he was telling me that I’ll be getting $11 written when I asked him for the breakdown again without leaving his store that’s when he said OK here is your refund. I made it right you’ll be getting $166 refund. I don’t understand. Why did they charge me so much for basic black-and-white prints and how can someone charge me $166 more?

The guy with blonde/grey streak hair has terrible customer service skills. He was of no use when I tried to get my business cards done there. He made it completely impossible to purchase business cards. The other gentleman just watched as it all happened. No help whatsoever. I’ll be going to 1 hour business cards on chimney rock

The store GM Jason was such a delight to deal with. He is very attentive and showed so much concern for my needs. I would recommend all to this location.

Came in to do a quick simple printing job and Jason, older Caucasian gentleman, was extremely rude saying that I can’t print anything because I came 10 minutes before the store closes… if I understand correctly the purpose of a store closing time is to close at that time not 10 minutes prior. He said that printing won’t be possible because they already shut down the printers, the self printers already had customers waiting… and then proceeded to lie and say that the store closes in two minutes. I’ll never return to this location because of the customer service. I always feel bad for the owners of stores when there employees really destroy the customers experience with the company.

I just had to write this review because I am extremely upset and disgusted that an organization like Office Depot allows upper management to use racial joke towards there employees. My daughter went in to get a label printed out and was being checked out by a very pleasant female employee of black race. Another customer of Asian race came in and was wanting a refund on a project black board and she stated, " I'm returning it because he doesn't like black!" That is when the manager by the name Jason, a male older in late 50s comes up to the younglady checking my daughter out and he says to her ( loud enough for my daughter to hear), " Don't feel bad because the person didn't like the color black!" As he was touching her shoulder. The employee all she could was try to laugh it off but my daughter said her reaction was of someone very offended by the racial remark. My daughter said she felt very offended and it wasn't even directed towards her so she knows the employee felt extreme bothered. Is this the kind of people you want in a management position? If he says these kinds of comments, it makes you wonder what else he is capable of saying and doing towards an individual. I have noticed in past 6 months that most of the familiar faces are gone and maybe you should see if his comments and actions are the reason they have left. Please look into this matter because people like him don't make your establishment look good. I have included a picture of the manager so that he can't deny the fact it was him or that he was there.

I asked the guy for help because I wanted to make a photocopy of a card on a single page. He helped me, but without much enthusiasm. When the first photocopy came out, it was smudged because the photocopier was dirty. The guy then put the smudged photocopy back into the machine to make a 2-in-1 copy, but the result was still smudged, and the card was misaligned, as if he had done it carelessly and without any effort. On top of that, I was charged for both photocopies.
