Someone hacked into my online account and ordered $1,000 worth of office supplies. I received the order confirmation emails (3) and immediately called Office Depot to let them know not to deliver the desk and supplies. They said the order was already at the warehouse (after 10 minutes wow!) and couldn't stop the delivery, to call back when I receive the order and they would schedule a pickup. I have spent HOURS on this, between being put on hold, and hung up on 6 times total over the last week. The supplies are still sitting on my porch, even though they scheduled pickups with confirmation emails. Just got off the phone after being hung up on twice and scheduled another pickup, hopefully this one will work. Then 10 days for reimbursement. Customer service is terribly unorganized, never again!

Rude staff, including the store manager. Their new fedex policy only allows to ship packages 40kbs or less. I've shipped heavier than 40lbs boxes from this location. Looks like they don't want to do heavy work at all

This has been the most insane attempt to do a print job ever. Back in September, we uploaded files to get a manual done. The system would not allow us to send it in. We had to resort to a google review. We get the usual "please reach out to us so we can contact you...." message. Did that. A month later, no one has reached out to us. Today, we uploaded files again. Same glitch. Called the 800 #, they said they don't know what to do to fix it. They see the problem, but they can't fix it. So their customer service lacks the simplicity of saying "oh, let's push it through and pay at the register when you pick up the order." Wow office depot, just wow!

I arrived here after leaving a competitors place. The young lady at the printing area was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I gave her my order and she was straightforward with pricing and options. I had my young son with me and she was polite and answered the 100 questions he was asking. Made him feel seen and heard. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Immediately helped by Zac as soon as I walked in. Excellent, professional, and found the best product for me very quickly. Also helped me set up rewards and showed how much savings a person can get by registering for rewards program. Definitely will be back to shop in the future. Good Vibes

This is the most retarded operation ever. I submitted a print job late at the night through the office depot online account. It would not allow me to use a regular credit card. It was either the office depot card or paypal. So my order was put on hold twice. This morning I called customer service to get it resolved, and an $18 print job turns into a ridiculous waste of 45 minutes on the phone and two different customer representatives who refused to patch me to an office manager. Their solution to the issue is me driving to office depot, pay the $18, then leave and come back to pick up the manual. This is like Domino's asking you to go pay for the pizza first, then come back and pick it up later. Is office Depot really that behind the times when it comes to customer relations and service? You already shut down the location on Bay Area and I-45, let's see how long it will be before Office Depot joins Blockbuster and Radio Shacks in the "Has been" line up.

Sales associate Zachary did a very very good job helping me where the website just fell on its but didn't get the job done. You might want to think about your website being improved. When I can't figure out whether or not something is powered by a USB cord batteries or 120 volts, you got some issues!!!

Zach is exceptional when it comes to customer service.I went in to buy a new printer. I wanted one of the EPSON refillable ink ones. I could not wait to leave my bulky paleolithic CANON PIXMA in the past. I hated spending $90 for new(half filled) ink cartridges.Not only did Zach share an in depth review for the EPSON 2850 and other liquid intake printers, he handled the transaction with a high degree of attention. He managed to help me save money numerous ways (I turned in my old printer(-30), I was a teacher, I turned in old ink cartridges, and I used my rewards) - Not to mention the printer was listed at 249.99 vs Costco's listing at 279.After purchasing additional black ink for $19, my total after tax was $256. My wife and I are yelling across the house about how excited we are to try the new printer after having great experience from Officedepot and Zach.Thanks again!Tanner
