My first time here, also my first time printing, customer service was awful, printer got jammed, i asked for help, lady took jammed pages and left me hanging and waiting until i made second request.
Person at the front desk was cordial.

Customer service is horrible. When you say, excuse me ma'am, the response shouldn't be ... What's up? They don't offer help, because it would get them off their phones... will avoid from now on.

Nothing but the best service every time I come. Great staff that is professional and knowledgeable in the printing department. And I’ve got to say if you order in store pickup on blueprints or copies it’s always so fast. Usually same day!

Steven is late and sees that i see my watch and in the middle of the parking lot he yells at me, i don’t know how far he is i don’t understand him !!

VERY RUDE !!!
I asked Mónica for help to make copies and she wrinkled my papers, she yelled at me, it made me feel very very bad !!
My wife was with me and also said the same thing !!
It’s not the first time we go and it had already happended before with Mónica and we didn’t want to do anything !!
But this time they both passed !!
I hope they take action with Steven and Monica !!
VERY RUDE PERSONS. !!

I bought a file cabinet online that was delivered damaged. I returned it to this store, and Cathy was so helpful & friendly. I went to the back of the store to see if I could find another file cabinet that I liked, and I did. I took a pic of the price tag, & when I returned to the register Courtney was able to look it up to see if they had any in stock. They did, so she went to the back & brought back up on a dolly. I also bought a chair mat. I didn't have a rewards acct so Courtney signed me up & I was able to get $10 off my purchase. She allowed me to take the dolly to my car to unload the items which I really appreciated. I definitely left as a satisfied customer, & will return to this location for any of my office needs. Thank you ladies for your great customer service!

I do not come here often so I am not familiar with the technology of the machines. I had a problem with the machine. There was a Hispanic male at the desk attending a lady. He did not acknowledge me when I stood in front of him even though he was not interacting with the lady at the time. I waited then finally I fidgeted with the machine, got it unstuck. I did not know that you can send fax from the same machine so I stood in line and he would not acknowledge me or direct me. Finally a young lady came from the front and assisted me. All he had to say was , can I help you and direct me to fax at the same machine. Acknowledging customers is part of the job.

I came in for some copies, asked for help and all the lady said was to read the instructions on the computer. If I knew how to use the machine I wouldn’t ask for help! I’m not very tech savvy to be honest and it took a few tries and a lot more time than I wanted to spend there regardless of the fact there was no one else. This lady just didn’t want to help!

If it wasn’t for Monica at the printing services, the printing job I was trying to do would have been in shambles so I thank God for her. She was definitely a blessing. She advised me on the proper color of paper I needed to print on, a better count size to make sure my graphics and lettering was correct without wasting paper by printing so many without doing a test run first. The idea that I had going in there with this being my first time printing flyers was respectfully adjusted as she gave me suggestions that made much more sense and helped me save money by not printing a bunch of stuff that would have been a waste of resources. Monica was very helpful, super Insightful and gave me motivation today! Thank you Monica I truly appreciate you!!!!

I had an excellent experience getting copies at this location. Between traffic and going to 3 other places to print some items, I should have visited this location first. Wonderful and caring staff assisted me.
