This place is not customer focused in terms of delivering on their customer promise. I tried to return an item that I paid for in excess of $400 with a receipt in addition to purchasing an additional 3yr warranty . Only to get the run around and be told I cannot take back the item after a year because I do not have a Box! But I have a receipt with matching serial number, Makes absolutely no sense at all. I cannot believe that a paying customer with all the proper documentation will get little to no help from such a big “business focused company”. My time is just as valuable and as a business owner I do not have time to keep taking the item in the store , calling warranty numbers that are no longer in service, nor do I have time to waste on the phone with Office Depot. This is by far not what I expected from Office Depot. I am Highly disappointed!

This store employees don't care about thier jobs and are not helpful at all. They gave me a defective chair and did not want to be bothered with me at all. The employees seem like they hate thier jobs.

I placed an order on line and they charged me for it. Them after a couple of weeks they canceled the order and said it was out of stock at that price but if I wanted to pay more then they would ship it. That really sucks.
