Hey some lady with blue hair said she could do a ebay return for me but she did not give me a copy of anything. It's been almost 2 months and ebay says they have not received the item. I'm starting to feel like the lady scammed me for the item. Not sure what to do

Why is this parking lot the size of an airport runway?
Even on a busy day, it’s barely 50% full. We’re in the age of internet shopping — we don’t need this much asphalt.
What we do need? Trees. Shade. Green space.
If every business here chipped in to plant a few, this place might actually feel welcoming instead of like a concrete wasteland.
Retail’s struggling — maybe stop designing like it’s 1983.

They may be a bit short staffed but they take very good care of you! Was in and out with a smile on my face. Customer service is awesome! The general manager takes care of the customers!

Just left the Copperfield location. I normally travel across town to another Office Depot and avoid this location all together but today I didn't feel like making that drive. This store has its days when the customer service is fair. But 90% of the time this locations level of customer service is shameful. The self service copy center was very busy but the full service print center employee was just standing there with folded arms, admiring his surroundings, so I asked if he could print a ONE page packing slip that I emailed over to him 5 minutes prior. After having to convince this employee to print this one page for me, he then charged me $2.00 service fee for this $0.21 sheet of paper. LoL!!! To hell with going above and beyond...

I ordered business cards since June 20 and your tracking page said that today I could pick them up at your store today and when I went they were not ready... only until Friday they will be ready and that if the carrier takes them on time according to them ... that is, it is not certain that on Friday they are still ready ... bad attitude with customers and little empathy and also their information is false because in the follow-up of their application it said that they were ready to pick up and it was not so ... they should be more serious and have real information so one does not waste time.

If I could leave negative stars, I would really dirty facility as you can tell the guy who did not want to help me with the printer was so worried about how clean things were because he was wiping down some thing with a spray bottle and the lady who was helping at the printer, was already helping an old woman and you know how long that’s gonna take and people have you know life The old person who has no real JOB to get back to like i needed help to get out of the store as soon as possible. I came in there to print something really quick but their employees are oblivious because they’re concerned about the filth

I’ve been standing in a mini line for about 25 minutes there’s a total of 3 associates. One heavy set lady who’s walking around looking at us without even offering to help. She’s just pushing a chair around. Then sits down to be on her phone. While the other taller guy is just talking ignoring guest. There’s a younger sweet girl whom the taller guy is talking to. As if flirting with her instead of helping other. I get it. It almost 6:00 but help people out if not don’t work there. The only hard worker there is the younger lady who’s printing out and laminating at the moment. It’s upsetting seeing them look at all of us stand here with out a F to give.
Update: I got the older guys name. His name was Jonathan. He was standing in a corner with the heavy set lady just chatting with one another. Occasionally, they would look at us, laugh and continue to talk
The more sweeter lady that was helping us out didn’t even have a uniform or name tag so I’m wondering if it was her first day
