It took 30 minutes for me to get to the counter only to be told it’ll take nearly 90 minutes to laminate 1 piece of paper because there were 2 orders ahead of mine. I wasted my entire lunch break only to not get a single piece of paper laminated. The least they can do is set expectations before wasting time. The store is also in disarray. Signs are peeling off, floors are dirty, and the employees are barely tolerating being there.

I came to this Office Depot on Westheimer by HIllcroft to pick up an online order. It's pretty fast, actually. But the store is somewhat darker than other stores. I hope my eyesight is not going away. I don't remember it was dark before. I remember I used to shop here few years ago. Service was average compared to other Office Depot stores in Houston area.
