He spent many hours helping us decide which furniture would be best for us, and even gave us major discounts and some freebies. We went back multiple times and even bought some furniture for our home. His delivery was on time, the staff were very nice and even came back 2-3 times due to some extra concerns. Kevin and his staff always went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met, even when it meant referring us to someone else when he couldn't help. “I found the store ad on Instagram. The store is in Texas. I called Jennifer the following day. She honored the price I found on instagram advertisement even though the ad was few month old! I live in Michigan. I ordered a TV stand called Ayman from the store that day. Even though they didn’t have it in stock. It was manufactured in Turkey, it arrived to the store in Texas and they inspected it. It arrived to Michigan, our house today with a special drivers from the store! Twenty hours driving. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend the store. I highly recommend Jennifer the sales associate and the drivers as well. I couldn’t have been happier!”

“I want to give a special shout out to the employee we just met with, Juan. We traveled from League City all the way here with the express intent to purely sit in a few Steelcase chairs we’d heavily researched and already had in mind. We had a good idea of what we wanted, but feel it’s critical to actually TRY before you commit to such an important purchase. Ultimately it was going to come down to the Leap V2, the Gesture, or the Karman.

Unfortunately the Google listing for the Steelcase dealer shows them as closing on Fridays at 5 PM, whereas McCoys Google listing posts the correct time. We showed up bit after closing unintentionally, after driving an hour. We were informed they had already closed, which was a huge blow to the entire day’s plans. Thankfully, Juan was kind enough to allow us to hang around and allow us to sit in all of the Steelcase chairs that had arranged nearby, for which we are tremendously thankful. It was exactly what we needed to eliminate contenders and narrow it down to two choices (for us it’ll be either the Leap V2 or Gesture).

Juan was friendly, informative, and is the kind of employee who actually knows the product he’s selling and can answer anything you throw at him.

We really appreciate him taking the extra time to salvage our day due to a totally unforeseen mistake. Highly recommend asking for him if you stop by!”

“Prosource Packaging has incredible customer service! I placed an urgent part order with them and requested that they overnight it. Without this important speciality part, I am not able to operate my equipment. Gil and Rick worked relentlessly to make sure it was sourced and arrived just in time. They even reached out to my business partner in order to double confirm that the shipping address I provided was correct to avoid any delays since it was going to another place other than Austin. This took way more additional effort on their end since they had to go look up her information on my website, and I was not reachable due to horrible signal and cell service in the hill country.
