I just walked into the store and the manager on duty lacks awareness and manners. I approached the kiosk where the manager on duty continued speaking with an associate while I waited for him to acknowledge my presence. After about two to three minutes, I reached for my cellphone to record the incident. Another customer walks up and interrupts the manager on duty and associate, and the manager on duty proceeds to assist the customer who interrupted them. I immediately interjected and pointed out that he failed to acknowledge my presence. The manager on duty responded by informing me that he was sorry and that he was conducting business. Office Depot do better.

One star because nothing lower. Bait and switch. Advertised tablet not available, said they could substitute another one for $100 more. TYPICAL BAIT AND SWITCH!

I came to print out 3 pages I forgot my card and only had cash on me ( Joey and the store supervisor said I had to buy a gift card when I have paid cash in the past) they said they like no you have to get a gift card I was like wow I gift card to print out 3 pages it’s ridiculous. And the store supervisor said he have to close the store because he need to go home! 👎

It’s OfficeMax. I wish they didn’t have such onerous restocking rules, especially on calculators. This location is a bit sparse and kind of gives the impression the corporation is headed the way of Sears

I was trying to print posters for my Boy Scouts Troop and I was having trouble with the formatting. The attendant, Tim, at the print counter at the W. Gray location was so helpful. He was patient and kind and didn't make me feel dumb for being the tech challenged person that I am. Tim's professionalism, accompanied with his smile put me at ease.

Horrible office max which is an office depot. The guy working register obviously didn't want to be working and needs to be fired. He didn't have a name tag on so can't report him.
Stay away from this horrible place. Stick with Amazon same day delivery....

Oh yeah that be a dagum Office Max I tell y’all that did done diddly fiddle if done do my print my paper work. Ain’t she a beaut’? I went with my boy lil’ Johnny he be knowin how to do a dagum good job on the yard but I tell you if y’all gone take y’all going out with the kids they be doin the twirl twirl twist and twirl flying around like a rodeo squirrel he don’t bite no he don’t bark he just likes to grab your American heart. I tell you dagnabit! Lil’ Johnny if you don’t come gone down going get office stuffins we goin get! Go and get! But she said that the one thing that happened in the office max be a good gig to hatch on!

Went to print and copy and Tim was super helpful. He made sure my passport pic was sized correctly before printing. Very efficient and friendly experience overall.

Due to my supervisory background I must say that professionalism impresses me. The young man that assisted me at this location goes by the name of Seth. He clearly is a professional and he attends work to actually work. I hate to say it but a high level service is a rarity in these times. However, Seth reminded of a time when you conducted business in a respectable and professional way and that way of conducting business was not only good for business but it allowed businesses to continue to grow and allowed recognition to the employees to eventually advance into an elevated work capacity. I'm older now but I still remember the good ole American Dream, where hard work and professional work paid off. Thank you Seth for representing this store at an exemplary level. I hope it doesn't go unnoticed be your management team.

Came here to buy some replacement Ink for my printer and the awesome cashier, Seth was super helpful and amazing to me especially after he offer to recycle my used up ink, definitely will come back soon!

Extremely understaffed, that 1 guy behind the printing section was very overloaded with work, the line is very long. he did maintain a smile under all this pressure but come on, seriously? 1 worker in a very business city location?

? One stop shop for your office needs, located near the wealthier neighborhoods.? The self-service print area was filthy (pictured).? 2 out of 3 self-service printers were out of order.? The paper cutter didn't work and ended up ruining my prints.
