I guess this Office Depot has they own rules . The printing service is horrible . They come up with they own rules , they own prices . When the rules for Office Depot printing is the same everywhere . Highly don’t recommend . The manger was totally rude , talking in my face but not to me , letting his worker look stupid trying to explain something that’s not explainable .

Products are easy to find and always in stock. Employees are friendly and eager to help...They must have good management here!

One star is not even a valid rating for the customer service I experienced. Having to stand in line for over 40min to get assistance is RIDICULOUS!!! When I brung it to the attention staffed advised it’s due to them having a lot of online order’s HOWEVER since when does online orders get prioritized over customers you have in store ! This is the WORST customer service I have experienced since being in Houston !!!!!!!!

The worst Office Depot/Office Max in the city of Houston! Poor customer service & care. The managers & associates are rude & disrespectful. Take your money to another location. This one is horrible.

the black lady at the printing office that everyone is complaining about in the reviews is very rude, nasty attitude. the dirtiest looking person in the store but has the nerve to be rude and not wanna do her job.

Check your prices in the store and compare them to the online price. They don't always match and the store price can be lower.

Samantha or wtv her name is she is a black female with a headscarf and glasses she had a horrible attitude she had her name tag covered she gave me an attitude since I got there was rude about me picking up my order and was talking about customers do not ask for her help because she’ll respond with an attitude instead she I quote said “ what is wrong with these people” because we came inside for the curbside order instead of waiting an hour for it like the last few times we had placed orders it takes so long that we just get off for curbside now that’s how bad it is like I’m sorry we got off since YOU guys take so long

My nephew and I were in the store today and there were a couple people waiting in front of us and only one lady was proactively trying to help people and that was Paula. We did have to wait a bit for our printing job (no fault of hers) and she actually went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with things that we submitted incorrectly and on a savings card I had. This woman needs a raise in my opinion. If it weren’t for her, I would have given one star if that, unfortunately.

Customer service is sucks by the fedex department i had really bad experience from spanish female working at fedex department having highlighted hair and have piercings in her lips was so rude i ever seen, i will never come to this store again!

clean store. Good selection. Competent and friendly staff. Manager was hands-on and handled dealing with customers shopping in the furniture area. Above average pricing value.
