I had a bad experience here. I had a question for one of the workers and I went to the counter and spoke with Lauren. She had so much attitude with me and made it seam like I was inconveniencing her. I just turned around and walked out of the store. I’m not spending money at a place where I have an attitude for doing YOUR job.

If you know, you know. This is not like other stores they're very big into linen and cotton and my favorite rayon. They don't have what everybody else has they have their own angle on merchandise

I’m writing this in hopes a DM or corporate person sees this because clearly store management doesn’t care. This location is so dirty. I love Old Navy as a whole and this is my “neighborhood” location but Ive started hating coming in because the location is so dirty and dusty. Please clean it and the AC ducts too.
