In this store there are such useless cashiers, twice they have left safety pins on my clothes and another time by accident I took a shirt, I put it on my back and it wasn't until I was in another store next door that I realized that I had left with the shirt on my back I came back and there was no one to charge me for it and I told them I took it by accident but I want to pay for it and take it because I'm interested and they blah blah blah to each other

Would give 0 stars if I could l... came in to get my kiddos school clothes and the rep and manager would only honor about half of the posted prices... I was told "we'll people move clothes around all the time to the incorrect pricing to try getting a better deal" then why the hell are all the same style pants in the same spot eith the same price tag?!?!? I also was told "yea that sale price is expired and isn't going on any longer..." then take the damn sign dowm?!?! The disrespect and lack of customer service I recieved will further me going anywhere else but here in the future... Save yourself a headache and just got to Ross next door... Atleast they look happier to have you in their store....

Okay, so Naomi was SO good to us. We were in the hunt for a certain pair of pants and not only did she check the back, climb a ladder to check the mannequin but she also called stores in the area to check the inventory while we continued shopping. This was hand down one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had thanks to her willingness to help.
