I never had a bad experience here but today was my first. Rachel the manger was very rude. Let me start by saying I called the store before I got here with my problem and was told to come in and I guess because she wasn’t notified she didn’t want to help me. She also lied and told me the policy wasn’t in place any more regarding the uniform pants and there 1 year warranty. Customer service told me this wasn’t true and they helped me right away. Everyone needs to be updated on the policy and procedures because it’s unacceptable. I wouldn’t have cared if I hadn’t drove up there without calling but I did. Her customer service was horrible she didn’t offer any help she just looked at me crazy!! Please do better and Have a nice day!!

The Rachel lady need to work somewhere else or something always has a two faced look with an attitude. A Miserable lady who can’t manage correctly. Asked for the simplest help with a T-shirt and got an attitude the entire time. Thank you miss Rachel
