I have Been a loyal old navy customer since 2010 when it was introduced to me by a friend. I have since always shopped there. They always have deals and affordable clothing that is for what you pay for good quality. The reason I am giving it one star is because of the poor unacceptable help and treatment from some of the employees in this store. To include a manager there named Shannon. She is constantly in a bad mood and hates to help when she is asked for anything I’ve even seen her sitting in the fitting rooms doing nothing and arguing and mistreating the other employees. I understand retail jobs can be stressful but it is absolutely unprofessional to reveal that to the paying customers especially when you are representing The Old Navy. I’ve always loved old navy but due to those two employees that gave a bad taste to the store. I will look for a new place to shop with a more welcoming environment.

Cashier was great handling a return for me. Manager on the other hand was rude when trying to address my concern about an item, then yawned in my face. Skip the horrible customer service and just order online.

I went to the Old Navy on Spring Cypress last month and got some bonus bucks to use at any Old Navy or App Store. But when I tried using them at this location they told me that they had already been used. How is that possible? I asked her to give them back to me Which she begrudgingly did with attitude. I was going to pay with my credit card until the girl register said, so you want me to put these back or what at which point I stopped what I was doing and put my wallet back in my purse and said yes yes I do and I walked out. I went to the Old Navy on Spring Cypress where I got the bonus bucks from in the first place and had no problem using them. I asked if they were location specific and the manager told me no they work everywhere including online. I don’t know why the sales girl at the mall did not try typing in the number or asking a manager for help or what have you. She just scanned it said these don’t work and asked me if I had a different form of payment. She didn’t even scan all of them she only scanned one and I had five of the five dollar coupons and one of the $20 coupons. All and all I won’t go back to that location I’ll just stick with my regular store over closer to my house.

Usually have good sales, sign showed $15 for jeans, didn't realize until looking at the receipt after leaving the store we were charged $18. Check carefully.

Maaan this place got jokes. 40% off tag on a display that doesn't give specific details and at the register I was told I don't get it.

They were extremely nice and friendly along with having the patience to be with my "momma" cuz she's a quite difficult one . They were extremely generous the entire time and helped her with what she needed help in .

Was pleasantly surprised to find an old navy inside of the mall considering they have good toddler clothes. They have a good selection but not nearly as good as a standalone old navy but the friendly staff more than make up for the lack of selection.

No kids clothes any it looked empty. I asked them if they were going out of business. They said no an they don't really keep kids clothes at that location.. but it's in the mall. WHY NOT?!
