I have only had very good service for my pets. The staff are wonderful and the doctors are great.

I love this hospital. The staff is professional and compassionate, and the medicine they practice is beyond the standard of care. Dr Dori and Dr Bobby are excellent doctors and I know that practicing veterinary medicine isn't just their job, it's their lives. This business is also not corporate owned, so this is like a family run and local business that the community should support!

Absolutely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! We have a 3 year old cat that has gone through some serious medical issues this past week and we knew she was declining and on the verge of passing away. She hasn't eaten in over a week and drinking very minimal water. We called and got pricing then showed up to have her put to sleep. We love this cat more than anything and I knew what was wrong.. (I use to be a vet tech) we were told she wouldn't do the euthanasia but instead wasted our money with bloodwork and told us to go home. We got the call this morning that our cats kidneys are shutting down just as I expected and now because she made us waste money on bloodwork we are tapped out money wise on having her put down. She stayed up all night hurting and Dr. Dori did nothing to help. I have never had an experience like this at a veterinary office before! Don't waste your time or money here. I'm so heartbroken over this whole situation.

I have used this vet for many years with many animals. They are very good at diagnosing and treating whatever ails my pets. It is sometimes difficult to get in, but it's always worth it. I forgot to mention how reasonably priced their services are, tooth cleaning not included.

Our two dogs are in good hands with Dr. Bobby at Loop 494. The staff are great at getting us scheduled and accommodating quirks of our animals!

Dr. Bobby and the team at Loop 494 Animal Hospital took amazing care of my dog while they removed a large tumor from his side. From the front desk, to the vet techs, to Dr. Bobby, they are all amazing people. We are a new patient to the clinic, and will become regulars from now on.

I adopted my precious baby December 26th 2019. She was 12 weeks old. She is a Lionhead rabbit (exotic pet) and the only vets that would see her were the group at 494 animal hospital. They are awesome! Cinnabun just turned 4 in September. She was spayed there and has recently had her molars filed. The care was wonderful and they love my bunny almost as much as I do. She is a very mean rabbit at home but she behaves for them! I highly recommend the vets and the staff there!

They are good people, but are also poor on respect for clients' and their pets' time. It is not unusual to wait over an hour because they overbook, and spend time on too much chit chat. It's arrogant to think you can do that to people when there are many other, fine clinics in the area. They are also on an extremely busy Loop 494 that will be more so after the road work is completed. The clinic is right up to this road, and is basically tiny and cramped; the parking lot is barely there. The owner should have moved to a better, safer location and built an excellent clinic and boarding facility long ago. Yes, they are good people, but the clinic I switched to treats us and our babies and time much better. Sadly, because I do like them, I cannot recommend Loop 494.

We are established patients and have had an appointment set up since last Wednesday for this coming Wednesday, but when our dog became sicker, we brought her on in early as a walk in to see if we could get some help. They wouldn’t even look at her. Completely rude front desk. We will never go back!

Very disorganized. Even with the 'first appointment of the day' I waited 30 minutes and did not get to see the vet I made the appointment with. They gave my appointment time to someone else. Difficult to build a rapport with one Dr. And, no one enters the building which means you will either waste gas idling or suffer the elements. Be prepared for at least a 45 minute wait regardless of your appointment time.

I have two dogs that where being treated by loop 494. Both outcomes where bad because of improper treatment, needing a specialist but not recommending one. Today my dog is in Katy, having a eye taken out that could have been prevented 4 months ago. I am seeing it as medical malpractice. I also have a dog that was being treated for allergies and she had staff infection the entire time after seeking a specialist myself. Suffered for a year and was treated in one day by the specialist. A lot of guess work going on.

Excellent, knowledgeable and caring doctor. I have in the last year moved 40 miles away from his office. I had emergency with my little dog, I called. They got me right in. He explains everything cause I truly ask a lot of questions. Best vet doctor I have ever dealt with.
