Manager claudia very unprofessional and racist yelled at me in front of the whole Olive Garden all because the waiter gave us the wrong food yes i was frustrated but she shouldint have humiliated me infront of everyone she defended the waiter ? Even tho they messed up on my order why was the situation so hostile i believe truly shes dating the waiter i paid my bill and left angry what a weird odd experience im here twice a. WeekMaybe she shouldn’t date the staff anymore and stop yelling st customers who are in the right when there food is messed up i havent called corporate yet but i will soon

Steve, manager, and Marialouisa/Marilu, server, were wonderful!! The food here isn't top quality, but the service made the visit worth every penny and minute. Highly recommend this location!

The food is ok and so is the ambiance. We were not satisfied with the waiter who served us. We had to constantly ask for each and everything. Even for a birthday, the dessert was charged on the receipt. Would do or train the employees better.

Good food, reasonably priced with good sized portions. Great service and atmosphere. If I'm ever in the area, I will definitely go back to this Katy location again.
