received pkg for Christmas as a gift..Wienners were good, hamburgers okay, steaks were tough as a boot, very chewey, couldn't swallow..so disappointing. Not worth the money my family spent on this..don't really know how to tell them how bad it was, but I would hate for them to order this for us again..

Great customer service. Ordered the Protein Essentials Pack for my son at college. Sent him screenshot of order, he says DAD THATS MY OLD ADDRESS. I'm like dang. Called customer care and it took me 90 seconds to change the address. I was amazed. Hopefully the steaks are half as good as the customer service!!!

About 8 months ago I got sick of HEB giving me bad cuts with good cut prices, so I decided to order online. I have been coming back ever since. Anyone who says the quality is poor only has themselves as a bad cook to blame. Learn to cook, y'all... It's not hard. If the review says the steak is dry and chewy? Omaha Steaks didn't make it, you did. The quality has always been top top tier for us. Get yourself a bluetooth meat probe, cover all sides of the steak in your favorite seasoning, bake at 250 to an internal of 126, sear in pan w/butter for ~1 min/side, rest for 15 minutes under a foil tent. It has effectively ruined restaurant steaks for me, since we can make them better at home. Turns out tender and juicy, every single time.

Ordered their Holiday Special as advertised on NBC news, 100 percent refund if not satisfied. Product was poor quality, no taste,terrible texture, etc. was on the phone twice for over two hours, transferee multiple times, requested full refund, then immediately disconnected twice. Would not recommend this company. Had to call my credit card company to deal with this.

We ordered over $150 of Omaha Steaks items for a business dinner at our home. It took 4 phone calls, each time rude customer service representatives reading from a script advised that reorders were in process. We were simply advised that there was a technical issue and the first order would be reordered. We ended up with a catering service as our back up plan and when the Omaha 2nd order arrived after our event the dry ice had melted, therefore not risking food poisoning we discarded the chicken breasts and the seasoned roast beef. My husband and I expressed our dissatisfaction to our co-workers and friends. It would have been slightly comforting if a representative from Omaha had contacted us by email or simply a phone call noting the numerous phone calls we had made waiting on our order and at least apologizing for the 3-4 wait period then we would say this was a one-time error, however no acknowledgment from Omaha and I imagine they feel that we will be ordering again our usual over $100 orders. Groceries, meats are all expensive and with Omaha Steaks being over priced why not give "quality" customer service. We will now try local small-business meat franchises with attentiveness to giving their customers the best money can buy. Shoppers be aware when ordering online, those email alerts are not for real!Omaha responded to my complaint above and states for me to send them an email. Now, that is strange when there is not an email address. So where exactly is their email address? It is not found on their website or any other links.***** IMPORTANT UPDATE, PLEASE NOTEMy husband and I are serious procrastinators and we deeply apologize. Omaha representative contacted me by phone and email the following day after my above review posted. Overwhelm with working I was unable to answer the incoming call therefore Omaha rep "Samantha" left a genuine apology message and a refund was applied to my credit card immediately! My husband is saying let's try Omaha again, in his joking manner he adds "it wasn't the meat at fault, it was the delivery!" So we will definitely be ordering before the Thanksgiving holiday full-house family and friends festive eating events (event is intentionally plural.) Looking forward to the huge chicken breasts, seasoned roasts and we cannot leave out the delicious lobsters also. Thank you Samantha & Omaha! Customer Service on que!

Too bad the Houston Omaha steaks close to home on 610 Westheimer closed and glad to know there’s a store in Town and country where we bought Filet Mignons and Lobster bisque. They were delicious! We were our own Chefs and beats the price of the fancy restaurants!

Always outstanding meat! I've been ordering on and off for about 15 years now. I usually order steaks and burgers. Being retired military and then full-time RVing for 4 years, I've had the product delivered all over the US. I have settled in an area that is very hot and humid and is considered a food desert. I have NEVER had my product unthawed or dry ice totally melted. All the beef and pork products are always excellent, chicken is ok and too small for the price point but the stuffed products are good, twice baked and scalloped potatoes are very tasty, apple tartlets are dangerous cause I can't eat just one. I do not eat fish so I have no clue on taste. I have tried the ready meals like shepherd's pie, stroganoff and others. I think Omaha should stick to meats...these items were ok but not exciting for the price you pay. The products are pricy but for the meat quality I will spend it. My favorite items are the ribs, steaks, burgers, pork chops and loin and of course the apple tartlets. I've never had any issues with service or products. Since covid, I have noticed shipping delays but that is not Omaha's fault. I will say that I had one package delivered in the heat of the day and was sitting in full sun for 4 hours. My product did not thaw. The box is clearly marked perishable but if you have stupid delivery people who can't read boxes or where to place boxes then that is not Omaha's issue. I have tried other companies but continue to return to Omaha steaks!

CUSTOMER SERVICE UNMATCHED, STEAK OUTSTANDING.I’ve ordered through this company before and recently, the apartment complex I live at held onto my order 3 days past delivery saying it wasn’t received when really they had it. All the meat was thawed out. I called their customer service and spoke with Samantha who, without hesitation, told me she would send an exact replacement of my order. Made my week, thank you!

Very nice and courteous staff. All of them are helpful and they give you all of the info on current specials. They were able to look up my account and helped me recover past purchase points. I like coming to store because of the service and the store is always in great order.
