Although I was aware all sales are final, I ordered the wrong ink replacement and they would not allow an exchange. Customer service has apparently lost sight of the bigger picture. I'm frustrated enough to have placed a 1-star review but, in fairness to them "all sales are final". You know what, they are correct.

On Demand has been handling our equipment needs for a number of years now, providing quality products, delivered timely, and responding promptly and efficiently to calls for service. Scott Manby has always been available when necessary to keep us up and running. They are an excellent equipment provider who you can trust to be responsive to your issues.

We have been using On Demand for a few years now for our copier and mailing needs. They have delivered everything as promised. Jose, our Account Manager, is always checking in with us. Their Service Manager, Scott, is always available when needed. When we have needed service, which is not often, the issue is addressed quickly and downtime is minimized. They consistently out perform where other service providers fall short. Keep up the great work!

We've had business with On Demand since 2016 and we're happy to continue our business well into the future. Whenever we have issues, whether it be technical or with our actual copier, which really is hardly ever, I know I can call Scott or one of the other guys and I will have the problem resolved by the end of the business day. On Demand has been great to work with. I can't recommend them enough!

Several years ago we purchased 3 new copiers from On Demand. Their prices were about 1/2 the price of one of our long time vendors and so we took a chance to go with them and their suggested brand of copier. Over the years the copiers have been reliable and On Demand has provided excellent service. They even monitor the toner levels on our copiers remotely so we don't have to worry about ordering toner. It shows up at our door when we need it.Recently we decided to talk to them about a postage meter. Long story short - they beat the price on the postage meter as well - even though it was the same brand as our previous provider and we were being quoted the same exact products. We highly recommend On Demand and you should at least check them out if you're in the market for a copier or postage meter!

S. Manby and his team do an amazing job when servicing our account with them. They are speedy in responses and solutions and are always willing to help and think outside of the box to keep things going for us. The customer service he have received from MR. Manby and his team has been nothing but excellent. It is a pleasure to have such a great team in our corner for all our printing needs!

I am difficult to deal with and have been called a "high maintenance" office manager, this much I know - not by these guys, but plenty of others. But I have to admit that Scott Mamby and the local team with OnDemand put up with me and my office and my nine millions calls and emails (only where there is an issue) and I truly appreciate all of them...genuinely; and I try to tell them as often as I can that I do.I have worked with them for close to five years now and they don't ever not respond or come up some some sort of solution (sometimes it just a temp solution because of circumstances) but they always find a way to complete the task. All are responsive, personable, and have a good sense of humor. If you are looking for a copier/scanning machine service, think about giving these guys a call.Truly a top-notch team.

The customer service at MailQuick is exceptional. My associate, James, was extraordinary with his customer service. He initially took the time to deliver personally the same day. Great product knowledge and prices are very reasonable.

Horrible experience With leasing insurance!
We lease the Kyocera machine. Unfortunately, two ye are contracted before the pandemic. The last couple of months, we don't have a business, but still, we paid insurance cost $110 to whatever we make the copier.
We have given Som many requests to cancel the contract we will not be able to pay the leasing amount, which is $110, and they changed the On-demand insurance company to some other company. These people are rip off from small business-like us because they $110 insurance cost plus they charge an additional $ 20 top of insurance.
That means we are paying $ 120 X 24 = $ 2,880 per month only the insurance copy plus copy and printing charge. We realize that we can buy new equipment for less than cost.
We requested to cancel the contract many times due to pandemic, and they will Send legal documents saying that you cannot break the least. Regardless you need to pay all the amount seems like they didn't care about what's happening in the small industry, and they need money.
Before you sign with any lease with A copier, the contract I would recommend, to go with people who have faith and trust in a business to help them find a solution/ problems. If they help us, we might be going with after all pandemics, but now we will not recommend to anyone use them.
