Today 10/21/25 I visited on the run. As I walked up one of the workers was outside scrubbing the store front side walk. Walked into store browsed around looking at shoes. 5 to 10 min go by now waiting for some assistance. Person still scrubbing side walk lady inside all this time on the computer. Well it seems like scrubbing sidewalk and being on computer is more important than a potential shoe sale. I guess if you don't look like a runner or physical person there's no need to assist. They must be doing pretty good when the store is empty. I decided to leave and person still scrubbing sidewalk doesn't even bother asking if I needed help. Plenty of other stores to shop at.

I really love this place. There's no pressure to buy anything—they're genuinely focused on helping you. I went in looking for a specific pair of shoes they didn’t have, and instead of trying to sell me something else, they kindly suggested other places where I might find them. My friend ended up buying a pair, but I never felt any pressure. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and honest. It’s refreshing to shop somewhere that truly puts the customer first

Absolutely amazing experience. 100000x better than any experience I’ve ever had at a shoe store such as academy or dicks. Not only is it nearby for easy access, but the employee that helped me was very nice and helpful and made my trip short and sweet. Walked out with a great pair of shoes and I feel excited for my next time being here.

I am a size 6 I always have been. I got talking into getting a size 7.5 from the sales rep. At the time it seemed like a good idea I tried them on for a few seconds and went with it. I have now $200 shoes that foot slides around in it’s obviously too big! Today I sprained my ankle because I was elevated going down and when I landed my foot slide due to the shoe not providing support! Do not let them convince you to change your shoe size you been using your whole life! A waste of money and now I am injuried!

I walked in yesterday looking for my first pair of distance running shoes. I was seen, evaluated, and brought out a number of options- felt similar to the optometrist, number 1 or number 2 better 😂. They have an amazing return/exchange policy & genuinely seem like they just want your journey to go as painless as possible. Went home and ran the longest run for me yet- shoes were a game changer!

I had a great experience working with Andrew while shopping for running shoes. He was incredibly patient throughout the whole process, taking the time to explain the reasoning behind each of his suggestions. Thanks to his help, we found a pair of shoes that have been a perfect fit so far. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for expert advice and excellent service!

I bought a couple pairs of shoes here in the past and the staff was very helpful. Even allowing me to test run several pairs. However, my most recent visit was a disaster. I brought in my old shoes so that the sales staff could help me pick a new pair. You can look at the ware pattern of the sole and upper to determine fit and running style from observation of used shoes and talking with the customer. None of this happened. Staff was hanging around and talking to each other while I put on the shoes. With no help I just stuck with my current shoe model but the newest edition. I am a heavy guy with knee, hip, shin issues and past injuries. I have been running for half a century and was looking for advice on changing to a new shoe. I don't run far or for long periods anymore, but comfort is paramount. I was particularly disturbed when I asked about my new shoe's stability system and was told it is an arch support. As you may be aware most (if not all) running shoes nowadays have no arch support built in and depend upon inserts (purchased separately). The stability system of this particular shoe stiffens the connection between the heal cup and the middle of the sole. At that point I paid for my shoes and left.
I'll probably continue to shop here for the 30 day return policy when changing brands or models of shoe.
