Buyer beware!!!!! Absolutely the worst place in Houston to purchase a suit! Read my review, AND the other one star reviews, this place should be shut down!!!!The customer service is very fraudulent and quality of suits are poor. Went to order custom suit in Dec 2023 for a New Years event. Customer service was absolutely horrible, the store rep does not know how to properly measure, speech was poor, and the store isn’t well maintained. Still gave it a shot, but unfortunately the store rep took incomplete measurements and failed to provide confirmation my suit would be ready in time. The prices are astronomical, and two other customers were present in store with the same complaints!DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!!

Exceptional experience at Oqua! Purchased a suit for my dad for my wedding day and couldn't be happier. The staff was incredibly friendly and exceptionally helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I needed a Tuxedo with a very quick turnaround and OQUA delivered!! I literally picked out what I wanted from a magazine and it arrived exactly how I expected. Oliver and Chioma were very professional and they exceeded my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend this store!!
