Classes are hard, so you have to give it that extra push. The coaches are outstanding.

I love working out at OrangeTheory!! The staff is always kind and energetic even at 5am!! Although it’s a group class setting the coaches still find way to help us to improve individually.

Orangetheory is the one fitness regimen that has kept me committed. I appreciate all the science and research they put into their business and the effort the coaches and staff put into motivating us!

I really enjoy the variety within the classes. It is enough to keep things interesting and challenging within the intense hour of work. The added data to view exactly how hard I’ve worked is the perfect way to measure my progress.

Orange Theory at the Heights location in Houston is superb! Catch Coach Jessica for a great class that gives you some aerobics, some strength training and all in just an hour! Jessica gives excellent clear instructions that really help you follow the class well. The staff is friendly and helpful, always there to answer questions and solve any issues and really go the extra yard!

I LOVE ORANGE THEORY! I SUCK at discipline when it comes to fitness and health but Orange Theory has changed my life. I love the way I feel after a workout. The coaches at this location are amazing. I haven't gone to one class that I didn't like. They are super motivating and the staff learn your name and call you by it, so you don't feel like just another member..I know that doesn't seem like a big deal but it feels great to be greeted at 7 am try it out! You won't regret it! My favorite classes are Tuesday 7:10 am with Jason and Wednesday 7:10 am with Kristina!

OTF is a great workout and overall the environment is upbeat/positive. However, be aware that if they do make a mistake, and you speak up...there will be consequences and retaliation. Last Thursday, I was verbally assaulted/attacked/bullied and publicly humiliatied by a trainer who has been carrying a grudge since last year because i complained about him not providing modifications for me as i was recovering from a major accident and couldn't do weight bearing exercises. He has been angry since and has been waiting on an opportunity to retaliate. Thursday, he intiated the conflict by coming up to me while i was on the treadmill, he was very angry and condescending and threatened me. I left the studio to talk to the manager, and he came bursting out with a verbal attack. He went back in, came back out again, verbally attacking me the 2nd time. I said nothing to him, was continually talking to the manager. I told the manager i feel unsafe, I feel attacked and literally left there in tears. They said they would investigate, but the whole time I was asking questions, what happened, what's the status, etc. The management team was very hush hush about it and finally told me that the investigation was completed. Wouldn't tell me more. I continued to press and escalate, as no one should be treated this way and I wasn't getting any information. After escalating, I was told there are "different versions" of the story, I requested many times for them to review the camera footage. I mean why have a camera and not use it, especially in serious matters like this. I was told, yes, it would be reviewed (it hasn't as of yet). Today, I learned that the few trainers who have acted unprofessionally towards me, including this one, have ganged up and told the CEO twisted stories. Unfortunately, after speaking to him today, I learned that he is particularly bias towards this trainer as he himself said he has invested 8 years in him. It was endearing to see his loyalty to this trainer like he was his child, but also unfortunate on how closed off he was due to the bias.So what I gave gathered:1. Shut up, don't say anything, quietly do your workout even if they don't provide a modification or harrass you and pay $180...they will welcome you with warm arms. 2. If you do complain or speak up, you will be ganged up on, retaliated against, and your membership will be terminated. This is their process. They will write twisted comments on your "file". Are we in the twilight zone or a Seinfeld episode? Feels unreal but this is how they conduct business.Their staff is severely underpaid, lack basic benefits like maternity leave (as I was told by the Manger who just had a baby), they have high churn in studio managers and coaches. I found the coaches, 3 of probably 6-7, that I have taken classes with to be lack emotional control and have a high level of immaturity. No professional coach with initiate conflict, verbally harrass and attack a member (class was ongoing) and not even apologize. This is not a coach, this is a bully, and we all know why bullies behave the way they do. I hope he doesn't physically harm someone someday. My advice: take your business elsewhere where they are open to customer feedback and don't have a built in bias. Lots of gyms, lots of good workouts, OTF isn't the end all of gyms. Always speak up and stand up for yourself. Please share this story with your friends and family, I hope no one has to go through the mental anguish and abuse that I have endured.Side note: if you are good at sucking chrome off pipe like Julian is, you will probably get away with bad behavior, so perhaps he actually has one skill to rely on.
