Bad service, I went in to replace my battery and they couldn't lend me a tool to take off the battery that I'm going to replace there with them. If I could give no stars I would.

Stopped here I was traveling and was from out of the area. I initially stopped at the AutoZone next door they were no help just pointed to an isle and said that all we have. So decided to stop here in hopes they’d be more helpful and I’m so glad I did! They were extremely helpful, the woman at the register took her time looking up the item I needed to get me the right one, and one of the gentleman’s even helped me put it on! So grateful for these wonderful ppl!!

There’s no reason an auto parts store should have to be flashy, but O’Reilly stores always have that old grungy gas station vibe. Perhaps the savings are passed on to the customer? Very doubtful. I’m sure that’s part of their marketing image.

This is a very good location to go to for your auto parts and accessories. They are very polite & well stocked. The store is clean and I got the part I needed quickly. I definitely suggest coming if you're in the area. I was greeted with a nice hello welcome to O'Reilly and a very helpful employee that assisted me without any problem. I was very satisfied with my visit.
