Thanks to Mr George , He is a wonderful person, he is so helpful.. he came out with me to check my car’s check-engine light ,,He did great job as he has a great customer service experience..you have to visit this location and ask about Mr. George who is really Super Hero ..Good luck and if you face any arguments with Miss. Courri or the other guy .. just meet Mr. George who I really appreciated his efforts and I will Thank him to Mr. Oscar M. Houston District Manager .. Good luck ?

I noticed my car was smoking a bit on my way to work so I stopped in to buy some coolant. No! I don’t know anything about cars but hey! Reginald went above and beyond in resolving my issue. Very professional and courteous. Thank you Reginald!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ivan! He went above and beyond the normal customer service setting and I am forever grateful for his help this evening. Professional, polite, explained the situation and issue. This location is not near where I live so I wouldn't normally come to this location, but being in dire need of a battery that y'all had in stock is what brought me here. Again...thank you Ivan! You're a rockstar in my book!

Come here quite often. . As soon as I walked in Ivan and the other associate was very friendly and welcomed me in. I've seen Ivan at different oreillys locations he helped answer all my questions and explained everything. Never had issues with service at this location. . Thank you guys! 100% recommend

During the pandemic, I bicycled in rain to replace a bad oil filter I just bought but forgot my mask. I put my large wet shirt over my mouth and nose and held it there. I was told I was compromising the safety of others. She did not care, was very rude, and refused service. I asked a customer if he had an extra mask, and he did. When I came back in, the woman looked at the filter and told me it was fine, but she had no clue. Then she said where’s the box it came in. I told her it was torn up, and she said i needed it. This got me upset, but the gentleman next to her said I didn’t need the box. So, then she started the return. She took her time, so I asked to speak to the manager. He did not seem to be very sympathetic to my situation but at least was very nice about it. He did seem to be confused about what a face covering was. He could not give me a defining term what a face covering was. But told me my shirt was not a face covering even though it covered my face.

I had a great experience at the Stella Link location. George and Reginald went above and beyond to help me. Working retail during the holidays can’t be fun, but they were kind and accommodating. Happy holidays and to everyone who works there, especially to George and Reginald!
