No Sign outside of store. Saw them by pure luck because next door ? there is an Advance Autoparts!Store was poorly kept; desperate need of sweeping and moping, 2 employees in the whole store: Edward & Eduardo that's what the shorts said...Asked about their specials, no body knew them, Asked about competitor pricing match = no one knew!!!Terrible O'REILLY location and the ? on the cake = Their store scanner DOES NOT WORK ??????

the people that work there have 2 speeds, slow and slower. they don't even acknowledge the customer by saying I'll be with you in a minute. I walked out and went to the auto shop next door.

The store manager Alfonso, is a real professional! I visited the the store yesterday to take care of an outstanding issue I had at another location. Not only did he give me a sincere apology for the way the other manager treated me but also took the time to listen to me and made my situation better! His managerial skills are excellent!
