We just arrived back to Houston from an amazing getaway with family and needed a new battery, this young man MAX did us justice in this crazy Texas heat which was about 184degrees that day and yes he performed beyond what was expected of him and with an outstanding and superb job in replacing it. He did it in a timely manner that really suited our needs and we were off and running again with the A/C still in blast...never missing a beat. He deserves a big raise and God bless him for doing it so effortlessly....and with a big ??

Customer service not only represents a sense of pride in client satisfaction for business but also has the competitive edge to thrive on new levels over its competitors and show why they are a good option over its competitors.Unfortunately, that competitive edge has not been pushed and honed by its local or corporate management.Yes, the company did have a 19% jump in the stock market and I believe had a 7+% growth in 2022.This overconfidence is compromising the value of their in-store customers. Lack of personnel in the registers, and unorganized planning when dealing with large crowds. This forces many customers to seek other alternatives with better service and customer representation.If this store is serious about improving its customer service then more personnel and proper customer interaction would eliminate many of the hassles many people dread when going to the parts store

Last Monday my battery in my car started tripping while I was on the freeway. I googled for Auto Zone, and on the way, O'Reilly came first. Boy am I glad I stopped here! Sergio was theeee best! He first tried to clean my battery before jumping right into purchasing a new one. And when I say clean, I mean clean! After taking his time and cleaning it, he tested the battery and it read it was bad. Just to be sure, he tested it 4 more times! I ended up having to buy a new battery, and he installed it with no problem! He never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me, and I appreciate that. I even tried to tip him, and he would not accept it. It was 9 am Monday morning, and his store was super busy, but he never made me feel rushed. Thanks again for helping me that morning Sergio! You turned my hectic Monday into a positive!
