I can't even remember the guys name but he refused to take my money because I carry a small wallet in my bra and gave him cash, I'm was so offended never a day in my life has this happened to me. Like how can you have a guy refused to take money from a woman because it was pulled from my bra I could understand if I was a bum or something like that, his co worked looked at him like he was crazy and stepped up to help me . How can you have a employee like this work for your company . Not even my gay male friends would refuse money from me like that. Oreilys you really should talk to your employees about customer service because it's not like I'm a ugly woman or anything I'm a very confident one. I will be making a formal complaint once I find out this employees name ,big guy had Hyperpigmentation on his face no expression and very blane attitude. What I have to do not shower for 3 days And covered with grease So I can be treated like a customer. So unprofessional. And thank you for the rest of the staff that stepped up and took care of business and represented the business the correct way.

Worst customer service they could possibly have. A few women there have no clue about working in an auto parts store (O'Reilly). Please get qualified people or properly train them for their jobs.

VER6 WEIRD POLICY...I wanted to return a battery. The worker told me that i can't return a battery after datk. never heard of such policy before. I had to go back again next day and during the day to return.

I was at O'Reilly Auto parts today and I just don't have good experience with does two guys there they have a horrible customer service I just don't know that location every time I shop there I hate the way they are is it any body the check the way the employees work with the customer we're paying for what we buy we're not asking for free parts , I don't think I would ever go to that horrible place just shop at another auto parts

Waited in line forever. Two employees, only one person doing checkout the other one I have no idea what she was doing. The cashier was on the phone for like 20 minutes, so the other employee finally came to help. Then a man tried to skip me in line, as if I had not waited long enough.

Frank is helpful. He has great customer service with his knowledge about car so he will give you right advice what to be done on your car. He took time to explain my son some basic concepts how to do basic maintenance to keep the car run last longer. I would recommend you come to him for your car problems.
