I went looking for a part I was attended by two chicanos, they didn't want to look for the part I was looking for and it was my turn to look for it, after I found it they didn't want to give me the tikect to pick it up in another headquarters, they are rude they should look for friendly workers

The battery in my Jeep began failing and I went back to O'Reilly where I bought it and it was replaced under warranty. The gentleman who helped me was Kevin and I just have to say that the level of customer service he provided raised the bar on my expectations. Kevin tested my battery and found it to be faulty and then removed and replaced it with a new one. I didn't even have to ask. That's some outstanding customer service and I will be returning because this kind of service is uncommon these days. Thank you, Kevin!

Maria, the store manager, and her team were very welcoming on the phone, and in-store! She helped me where she could and even gave me a card to a mechanic shop nearby to help with my problem. I was not having the best of days, and Maria's attitude and customer service changed that immediately. It's nice to still have people that care about their customers. I will definitely be going back and sending any family/friends to her!

Please don't come to this location! I came to have my battery charged and was waiting for my Uber to take me home when the manager came outside and said he had a quicker way to charge the battery. The manager then came back with the battery 10 min later and said it was charged. I asked the other employee who was initially helping me first how did the battery charge so fast and he said he doesn't know but if he's the manager, he knows what he's doing. I was initially told that it would take up to two hours to charge it. I then asked if the manager who was now helping me could test my accelerator. It passed the first time and failed the other two times which was weird. He then tried to sell me on an accelerator and a new battery. I didn't trust him because it just seemed so shady. I took it to Honda the next day and both battery and accelerator were fine. They tried to get over on a woman who was needing help with their car. The manager was creepy and I could tell he didn't know what he was doing. Coming here was a waste of time and he never charged my battery. He also told me how people steal from the store and it's in a bad area with a lot of homeless people. Nice way to keep customers! Smh

Maria helped me. She is great. My battery failed, and I was not physically able to change it. I got the truck started using a charger. First, I called, and she assured me that they had the correct battery. She said, " when you get here, stay in your car". She changed the battery.Thank you O'Reilly and thank you Maria.
