I have ordered parts online twice to be picked up at this store and never got them. The first time, they showed to have received the part but could never find it. The second time, I never received a notification saying it was there and ready for pickup. It was supposed to be ready for pickup by 9 a.m.. I called the store just after 10:30 a.m. and they told me to call back around noon. I called the 888 number on their website, and they called the store just after noon. I was told the manager thought they had it and was working on locating it and would call me in the next 10 to 15 minutes. They never called me. Around 4:00, I located the part at another auto parts store and went and picked it up. I got back home and canceled the order from O'Reilly around 5:30. The next day, I had a missed call around 10:30 from O'Reilly saying my part was in, even though I had canceled it the day before.

This store is the best. My battery died earlier in the day and I was panicking to find someone to do it for me. I went to Auto Parts first and they told me no because my battery was too corroded. I went to O’Reillys and they did it without question! 10/10 definitely recommend. The men in this store were COMPLETE gentlemen!

Incredible that they can not give service to check a car with engine light on due to lack of computer. Is this company in a tailspin? Bad service or lack of desire to work.

If you order online go up there or call because they will not start pulling your order until you do so..It's been many times I've waited days for the ready pick up email just because they are not doing what they are supposed to do
