I have received the worst service of my life I will never order parts from this O’Reilly again I ordered a 02 sensor downstream for my 2017 Kia Forte on December 16Th of 2025 The part did not come in they stated so they offered a refund I stated I don’t need a refund I need the part….. I payed cash and shipping fee they stated that they are dealing with 3rd party and they don’t receive tracking numbers for parts all I want is my part for my car….All I get is We don’t have the part and we can’t track it something has to be done.

Today I went to Purchase a battery. This store is out of my way, but the customer service is worth it. I really appreciate Edgar for installing my battery in the heat. He was fast and profess. I offered a tip and he declined it, but I am so grateful for the help today.

I went in to check my battery since it died on me the previous day, i wish i got the name of the guy who helped me but he was very quick and polite, he checked to make sure it was only the battery that was the problem. He changed my battery very quickly & also helped me to check if it had warranty. As a girl i don’t like coming into
this type of store since half of the time i don’t know what im talking about but everyone there was very kind, helpful & welcoming !

Very unprofessional I bought a grill thinking my mechanic needed it but he didn’t also should I include he didn’t use it I went to return it the same day not even 30mins they refuse to give me a refund didn’t check to see if it was used or anything I will be calling the general manager

Just left out of this store, and the employees were rude. Their were 2 guys working, I was there to pick up a party for a major auto shop here in Houston. The guy didn't know what I was talking about, he walked away, never came back. When the other guy showed up, I was standing there, and he said nothing. I then had 2 ask what the status of my parts were. He pointed at the parts and said they right there. And this is a vendor of ours. Wow!!!!!!
