I have been having issues with a a car I was working on and Ezekiel at the location was extremely helpful throughout the process. I made several trips and the whole team was great, but Ezekiel was very patient and helped diagnose the issues I was experiencing until I was able to pinpoint the exact problem. Came in today could t get some terminals off of a battery then Ryan came to the rescue. They didn’t sell the terminals I needed. He spent time trying to help me out and figured out a solution to my problem. We got it solved and this is why I love Oriellys over Auto Zone they got the extra mile.

Lady working the counter on 06/08/24 @ 7:30pm has a bad attitude and shouldn't be working customer service. I'll take my business to a different parts house. The gentleman I spoke to before her that was working with her was very professional.
