Over the years I’ve had the best banking experiences at this bank. They are very efficient and helpful. Going into OriginBank reminds of going to the bank with my parents when I was a kid, everyone is friendly and happy that you are there.Yesterday I had to go to one of the large retail banks, not for my banking but to be added on to someone’s account. It was a horrible experience, it took over an hour sitting at the employees desk just to sign 2 pieces of paper. Also, the employee had no customer service skills. The whole time I was thinking “I’ve been spoiled at OriginBank.”Thank you for making banking a pleasant experience.

Horrible service! Pat Garcia the teller was rude and seemed to have an issue with helping the younger customers or maybe even black customers. The manager sat in the office an additional 20 minutes to come out and say they can’t cash a check that is clearly an origin bank when I never asked for it to be cashed but transferred to a cashiers check
