Well I'm here to say something good I went to a new tech today I believe he's a new tech although he took a long time he did really well with my nails and he kept making sure that I was okay and all that good stuff it was very quiet and slow today the only thing that I have to say negative is $20 for a color change is crazy but I am a little bougie I will be coming back simply because he is a new tech and I want to see his journey... Yes these are my nails with a few fake ones ... Can you point out the fake one!?! Didn't think so if you go to him he just have patience simply because he's learning( love that the lady with the calf tattoo was coaching him as he was doing my nails)and it's another girl she has the pretty little Crocs with the bears in them they're like a soft Gray she's really good with my daughter so I will be coming back to her for my daughter 🧩

I do not recommend this place. The lady that did my nails was such in a hurry to do mine and this other lady getting her pedicure and waiting to get her nails done too. I asked for shellac and after three days 3 nails chipped

I came in for a pedicure bc it was close to the hotel. Good service, no troubles!

Wouldn’t recommend pedicures , they use the same foot scrubbers , calluses remover from previous clients they don’t get new ones they will literally use the same one unless you request a new one .

Ran customers away.
They should post a sign saying will not see customer after 6pm. Even though they closed at 7pm.
Customer Service has gotten really bad.

I’ve been going there since 2016 when they was on Edgebrook/ Edgebrook nails . Now that they have moved it’s just been going down . I’m guessing since bo and rose not really there any more . I was getting my feet done and the lady gets the thing to scrape the bottom of my foot and it had old dead skin on it from someone else all in it . Not clean at all I stoped her and she was acting confused . Then she just go and run water on it in another foot bowl and came back like umm NO. Not Clean at all anymore .

I had wanted to get acrylic nails since September, and I found a salon that I decided to try based on their location and good Facebook reviews. The first time I went there, a guy did my nails and did a good job. Then, I returned two weeks later and had a different person do my nails. I liked her, so I continued going to her. However, when she went on vacation, I had to use the same guy again, but this time he accidentally cut into my ring finger with his electric nail file while I was choosing a nail color. It was a deep cut, and I started bleeding. I felt a lot of pain, and I cried, but I thought I was being dramatic, so I just sat there and apologized. The salon didn't even offer me a band-aid or an apology. I had to repeatedly remind the guy that it was the finger he cut, but he didn't seem to care. Even the salon manager, Rosie, didn't come over to check on me. I was disappointed because I expect a level of professionalism and courtesy when I go to a business repeatedly. I thought they would at least compensate me for the injury, but they didn't. This experience has made me rethink where I want to spend my money and if I am looking in the wrong place for joy--yes, having someone doll up my nails brings me joy. As I talked to the guy doing my nails, I asked if he loved his job. He said he did not and that it was boring. I started to wonder if I really wanted to have someone like this working on my nails, especially if they were going to hurt me. If you notice how the tables are set up, the nail techs face the door. Every time the door opened, he looked up. Every single time. I believe that he was not paying attention, and that was why he cut my finger. But still, I gave this man a tip, thanked him as I left, and even smiled. Unfortunately, I did not get the same in return. Some people may think I'm overreacting and being overly emotional, but I believe that when someone mistreats you, you should stand up for yourself and leave. In this case, I decided to stop going to the salon. I have observed that the employees there seem unhappy and disengaged, and I believe that if you don't enjoy your job, you should find something else. It shows in the work you do. Although I will miss my favorite nail technician, there were times when she would get upset if I pointed out a mistake or problem with my nails. Still, I dismissed it. I am giving this establishment one star, and I am going to stop giving them my business. BTW: This was the first time I was getting the 'cat eye' nails. I was so excited to see this look on my nails. I don't know now if I'll ever get my nails done again. I've been traumatized. And, no, I was not happy with how my nails turned out.

Linda does my toes and Nina gets here about 9:30 and she tells me she already had some one mind you her cust got here at 9:10. I should have been first they do this to me every time. I have spoken with manager Rosie she just tells me she will speak with workers but it's always somethin. The only reason I come is I love the way Linda does my toes, and I like the way Louis and Nina does nails but customer service sucks.
