I would give them 0 stars if I could. Three Employees are very very rude. A young white male wearing goggles, a larger male with light skin and a sweater-black shorts and a girl with frizzy hair, lightly wavy. They were very rude and kept making offensive comments about me and the other person in my party. They all ran to each other and were like, “I’m not even racist but…”. They then started making fun of White people a lot. Very racist in this day and age. Also we are both Hispanic, though you cannot really tell so it was weirder. These kids deserve someone to tell them to behave kindly. They should not be working in Customer Service or any job. They were dressed in almost pajamas and mocking everyone else. They stare everyone down and make comments. The racist comments they made were bizarre and out of place. The giggling like they are in 2nd grade was the cherry on the cake. They should immediately face repercussions.

I warn you do not order anything online for in store pick up at this location!!! They are unorganized and don’t know what they’re doing. I order something for pick up and online it was in stock. I paid online. The next day there was no update regarding my order so I called the store. At first I was told that the swimsuit I ordered was not in store at all and then they said we found it and we will put it on hold for you. I was confused because their online pick system doesn’t seem right. If you have someone pay for an order why don’t they find the items and have it ready right away??? I had to call and ask for the item. About 30 minutes later they canceled my order. I called again. And a new employee told me they do have the item BUT I have to come in the store and pay again. This wouldn’t have been a problem but I paid online to use Afterpay which they don’t have in the store. So bottom line don’t trust their online pick up service they’re incompetent and disorganized.

Quite pricey but I love their clothing and have more sizes than brandy. They also have a lot of 50% off sales so I love it!

Always find something when I go to Pacsun. Clothes are kinda up there but quality matches so I don't mind. Also, they always have great deals.
