Got loaded quick and correctly. They were actually lighter than the BOL's said. Only reason 4 stars is no English on Forklifts or correct communication. Had to email back scan of paperwork after I left which was a mutual accommodation for a bad scenario. After all already left and needed to beat Houston traffic.
