I love the company and I go mainly to one location but when I'm in the area I go to the eldridge location but they pick and choose what rules they gonna follow and that gets annoying

I’ve given this spot plenty of opportunities, mainly because I enjoy the food but this location is the worse. First they never honor their hours, they are literally sold out of all the popular items an HOUR before closing and say they don’t plan on making fresh food. Then to top it off, the chicken they sell is RAW. I went back to ask for a refund and had to argue with the employee to get my money back. I showed her how the chicken was still PINK on the inside and she has the audacity to tell me that is NORMAL. She offered to give me more chicken and it all looked the same. I asked how can you serve this and she says that’s how it’s sold??? Take the extra drive further down 1960 cuz these employees clearly lack service and food hygiene!

Ordered online, arrived when food was supposed to be ready. Was told it would be 10 min. 20 min later, was told it would be 4 min. It was finally ready 10 minutes later.Also got a notification as I arrived that food was "ready for pickup" (before waiting 30 more minutes), meaning they scanned the receipt early to get around corporate wait time quality control.Food was good though.

This Panda seems to have a lot of issues.. I only came here to get one thing which was a mango tea, but it was clearly just black tea not the mango tea that I have all of the time. The manager smelt the tea and said he could smell the mango passion fruit in it and therefore didn't do anything..

Got a larger plate so they gave me my broccoli beef in a separate small red box. All broccoli with 4 tiny pieces of beef. Yo y’all suck ?

Hate picking up online order and having to prove to staff who I am in so many ways all the time. Most apps just use phone location."What's your name again?" "Huh?" "Phone number?" "Order Number?" "Can I see it on the app?" ??♂️

This restaurant is overall a good place for a quick bite. I was at a loss for my Wassabi & Ginger root. The service staff was well on point recommending the Hot mustard. However, the noise kept me from being able to hear anything. We had to yell at each other to have a conversation.

This location and the location on 529 have discontinued Black Pepper Chicken which probably accounts for about 40% of their customer base. I don't know if it's a national thing or not. The rest of the food is disgusting. I won't be eating there anymore. Neither will my kids. It's a shame really, they used to love that place.

Food was horrible. They barely gave me a scoop of orange chicken and the chow mein noodles has black stuff all in it. It was also on the orange chicken too which makes me think that they cook everything in the same pot. Food tasted like it’s been sitting under a light all day and the portions are super small. I will not be coming back to the establishment

I ordered a plate with grilled teriyaki chicken but only sesame chicken is in my plate. This is so disappointing and the service is not friendly at all. This panda express at this location is terrible. Do not recommend anyone to take orders here. If I can this will be 0 star review. F this place
