I have had two bad experiences here both months apart and with the same lady. The lady who attended us was tall, mid 40s or 50s, black curly long hair, and to be more descriptive she was african-american. She is so passive aggressive, the first time with her was to get something exchanged and when i showed her the item she said "they're literally the same thing" in such a monotone way. What business is to you if they are the same or not...the difference was that one bracelet had pearls and the other did not. The second time with her, apparently she thinks customers need to help her out on knowing what item we are pointing out. My sister wanted to try on a ring and she said "well i can't know which one by you pointing at it you need to help me out" which is valid but was said passive aggressively, so I told her which one. Then when we wanted to try a different one i was very descriptive on which one, for us to "help her out" and she said "the $85 dollar one?" "you gotta help me out here *scoffs*" you can tell it was passive aggressive when even my sister noticed her attitude. I understand customer service sucks but we never talked to her with attitude or gave her a reason to be so ugly. Hope whatever it is she's going through gets resolved asap.

Yesterday was great with a girl who helped me but today the manager was busy doing something else and didn’t have the attention to take care of customers. She said she was busy marking a schedule and was only her, she asked me to come back later. She asked me to get the credit card but she literally push me away to the store, kinda funny.

I had an interesting return situation. I was helped by Sara the manager and could not have had a better experience! This was the first time she had something like this but she said “no problem we’ll learn together.” She called other managers at different stores and figured it out. Later there were some other issues. She reached out to me on her personal cell phone on her day off to make sure I was taken care of. There were multiple phone calls throughout the day (her OFF day!) to make sure everything was set. I can’t say how grateful I am for her dedication to getting the job done, customer service, and making sure all was taken care of for me. Knowing there are people out there that care so much about their customers is reason alone to go back. Thank you Sara. You are incredible at your job and I’m so appreciative!

Rude and unprofessional customer service. After being treated with disrespect went back and looked at the reviews and yes they are true, the staff here is horrible and unprofessional. A reflection on management, the manger was the one that gave me horrible service and then raised her voice with disrespect as I questioned her treatment. In the galleria and a store with such a high reputation I was surprised to see such low quality of staff.

This review is not for the Galleria location, it’s for Pandora in general. I have a bracelet that is rose gold and silver. The silver is in great condition for all of my charms BUT all of my rose gold charms and the heart on the bracelet is tarnished and dingy dirty looking. I do not recommend you get any rose gold because it’s nice and shiny when you get it but over 6 months - 1 year and plus as you wet and wear the jewelry the rose gold tarnishes and turns black. Please don’t waste your time on rose gold unless you don’t mind changing them out frequently. Stick with the silver and real Gold and you should be fine. It’s unfortunate that we have to have proof of purchase because they can not look in the computer any longer for your purchase. My bracelet is broken and that alone, plus tarnished charms has to be about $400 down the drain. Just an FYI for all the dainty jewelry lovers. Now I have a James Avery.

I called this location trying to find a ring on my size that no one else in Houston had.Anne went the extra mile trying to find it for me. She did it in a few days. She was wonderful! I really appreciate her help and definitely will be back to this location.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff working there. Had to check a worker there for the way she was speaking to me and right away her face and voice changed. Pandora is a lovely place and I’m shocked that they have those type of employees representing the store in that form of manner. Unbelievable and unacceptable. Everyone please go to the Pandora inside the Macys instead. Way better approach in customer service

This store is the worst jewelry shop I’ve ever been to. 0/10 don’t recommend. The staff is rude and talk ridiculously to customers. I usually come here to buy jewelry for my mom. But Sara the manager is a terrible manager. I miss how the store used to be.

Went in to do a simple exchange, three people working and none were paying attention to the people coming in so I was getting skipped. Stood there for 30 mins just to be told “we’ll be right with you” as they help someone who came in after me.

Bad customer service they attended a customer that just walked in when there was 2 people including myself online than when I asked the person whom is letting people in the store why they got served first she said it was an exchange than when she asked the person attending the customer she stated that it wasn’t a man exchange so that the door person told her that there was 2 people waiting online the person said oh well she already started the sale. I believe this is so unprofessional especially from pandora we definitely not coming to this location anymore. I don’t even know why we have to click for a star when they don’t even deserve a star.

Overall experience was good thanks to Soleil. She turned a horrible experience into a great positive one. The rest of the staff wasn’t attentive although they were busy so it’s OK. The manager however was loud, rude, and nasty to literally everyone. @Pandora Please re-train your staff, there is no need to yell at people regardless of the day you are having. It is a retail store and exceptional customer service shouldn’t be a problem; it should in fact be your main focus.. great customer service leads to great sales. Thank god I’m only visiting TX, because I’d never be back to this location.

Very bad customer service. I showed up to the store and tried to open the door and the short, light skinned girl with glasses yelled that they weren't open. I asked what time and believe I understood, check the website. I was not the only person that showed up to the store and said that the holiday hours were opening at 10am. I was in for an exchange on size but will be returning my product for this bad experience.Recap - December 18, called corporate customer service and made a complaint on the store "manager" Apparently she didn't do what she was trained to do and didn't know how to do her job. I was able to make the exchange through mail. Got the product on the way and returning the original through mail. District manager to follow up with me within a week. Hope this ignorant, possibly young, customer service "manager" gets demoted for her pettiness. I feel bad for the employees there because they are looking up, or down, to this kind of behavior which seems to be the norm here after reading the reviews. If my girl didn't like this bracelet I would return it and would be happy to pay more at one of their competitors. Not sure why people like this stay employed. They have a million cameras in there and from the body language alone should be more than enough for discipline or even being fired.

Please take your business else where. I worked here up until 11/2023 and it was my absolute favorite job ever, and the manager Sara and district manager ruined my experience. Sara was harsh to employees she talked down on them made fun of them for their financial situations. She had favoritism and was constantly trying to look for ways to push people out. She constantly harassed employees and bullied them. I brought this to the district manager Rachel Hurley and absolutely nothing was done. Many employees became depressed and felt that they were being retaliated against for bringing up the issue with our district manager. Since leaving there I have felt so much happiness but sadness to the employees who have to work under Sara and the new management team Leslie and Ann. They do not have the proper training themselves to teach a successful team. They also lack communication skills and human decency.
